Supplier settings: what the administrator changes, and where
The map of the supplier administrator's settings: each screen, what it changes and the guide that teaches how to change it.
For: Administrator · SupplierUpdated on 2026-10-19
Summary
Whoever administers the supplier company finds every setting in their account menu, at the top right. Company Settings takes care of the stores and the ERP integration; the other entries each take care of one area: commercial rules, prices, catalog and exports (with taxes), order reading, team and what Dri knows about the company. The menu groups the entries into blocks: Company, Sales, Catalog and Dri. This page is the map: it says what each screen changes and points to the guide that teaches how to change it.
Who sees these screens
Only company administrators (the owner or an administrator) see the entries on this page in the menu. A store administrator sees the screens of their own store. Sellers and buyers see none of them. See Who can change Company Settings.
Your personal details, email and password are in My account, as for anyone. See Minha conta e senha.
If the company is just getting started, follow the order in Administrator's first steps: the roadmap to get Vendria ready. This page is for finding a setting later.

Sellers' own templates
In Company Settings there is the Sellers' own templates card, with a toggle. It comes off.
- Off: every in-house seller gets the template the company put in use for each list, in the Lists tab of Catalog and exports.
- On: each in-house seller can duplicate that default, adjust the copy and use it in the lists they ask Dri for or export from the products screen. They do this on the My templates page. Without a choice of their own, the company default still applies.
When it is on, the seller can also have their own quote: it is used on the quotes where they are the seller, instead of the company template. Turning the toggle off does not delete the sellers' templates: they are kept and apply again if it is turned back on.
The switch applies only to the company's own sellers. Rep agencies have an identical switch, which each one's Partner decides on its Permissions screen.

Common questions
I don't see "Company Settings" in the menu. That entry is only for those who administer the company. Ask an administrator to change your role in Users.
I can't find Catalog and Prices, Price Tables or Extraction Memory in the menu. The menu was reorganized on 18/10/2026, without removing any option. The catalog import and column mapping are in Catalog and exports, Import tab, the last one, which only appears while some store receives the catalog by spreadsheet (with the ERP in every store, the catalog comes from the ERP); the notes for Dri, the code prefixes and the extraction memory are in Order reading; price tables and discounts are in Prices.
I changed a rule and the open quote did not change. Not every setting reaches quotes that already exist. Each screen's guide, in the How to change it column, says what happens to what was already open.
