Carriers: registration and what comes from the ERP
For the administrator: register carriers in Vendria by hand, by spreadsheet or from the ERP, and see how they show up in the quote.

Where to find it
In your account menu, under Carriers. At the top are Template, Import and New.
A single list, with the origin as a column
The screen combines two readings: Vendria's registry and the live ERP database. Neither one alone knows every case, so the origin becomes a column:
- Vendria + ERP: registered here and recognized by the ERP. The order carries its code.
- Vendria only: registered here and unknown to the ERP. The order goes without a carrier code.
- ERP only: the ERP knows it, Vendria doesn't yet. Register it to be able to use it.
On ERP rows, below the origin, you see the code (the value that goes in the order) and the store whose database it came from. The other columns are Name, CNPJ, RNTRC, Phone and Active.
An ERP carrier doesn't come in on its own
Vendria never bulk-copies the ERP's carriers. The sync links the two ends by CNPJ and creates nothing. That is why the "ERP only" rows keep appearing: they don't exist in your registry, and the origin shows exactly what is still missing from it.
How to register
- New: manual registration: Name (required), CNPJ, RNTRC, Legal name, State registration, Phone and Email. Two records with the same CNPJ are not accepted.
- Register, on an "ERP only" row: brings in the ERP carrier already linked to its code, in one click.
- Template and Import: download the template spreadsheet, fill it in and upload it (Excel or CSV).
⚠️ The Register button is disabled on rows marked no CNPJ in the ERP: without a document, the record would be duplicated on every attempt. Use New and enter the CNPJ by hand.
⚠️ A carrier deleted in the ERP can still be registered, but the screen asks first: the order would carry a code the ERP says no longer exists.
Import by spreadsheet
The import finds the columns by name (name or trade name, CNPJ, legal name, state registration, RNTRC or ANTT, phone, email). The result says how many were new and how many updated:
- a row with a CNPJ updates the carrier that already has that CNPJ, or creates a new one;
- a row without a CNPJ looks it up by name among those that also have no CNPJ;
- a CNPJ that doesn't have 14 digits makes the row be ignored, and the screen tells you how many rows were left out.
How the carrier appears in the quote
In the quote, the carrier is in the Freight and Delivery section, in the Carrier field. The list brings your registry (the Carriers group) and, in stores whose ERP provides the list, also the ERP's registry, one group per connection. A carrier linked to the ERP gets a badge, because that difference decides whether the order reaches the ERP with or without a carrier.
Registering carriers is for whoever administers. With the list empty, the seller sees "No carriers registered — ask an admin to register one."
When Dri read a carrier's name in an order, the quote shows the name read with Link "..." for similar ones in your registry. Administrators also see Register "...", which creates and links it right away.
Deactivate or delete
The Active switch takes the carrier out of use without deleting anything: it is the reversible path. Delete erases the record for good, and there is no going back.
⚠️ A deactivated carrier doesn't disappear from the quote. It stays on the seller's list, marked (inactive), so as not to hide one that is already on a document. Tell the team not to choose it.
A carrier already linked to an ERP can't be deleted: the screen refuses with "Cannot delete: this carrier is linked to an ERP. Deactivate it instead of deleting it."
When it goes wrong
If the ERP reading fails entirely, the screen warns "Could not read the ERP's carriers — the list below shows only Vendria's registry.", with Try again.
⚠️ The in-between warning is the misleading one. If only ONE connection drops, the list stays almost complete, and the warning names which one dropped: the "ERP only" and "Both" rows of that origin don't appear. Don't conclude a carrier is missing from the ERP while that warning is on screen. There are also warnings for Partial list (the ERP has more than fit in the reading) and for a connection that doesn't provide the list.
A row marked blocked in the ERP or deleted in the ERP keeps appearing, on purpose: the screen marks, never hides.
"A carrier with this CNPJ already exists in this organization.": look for the existing one on the list instead of creating another.
