Actions: the conversations and imports of the whole team
For the administrator: follow, in AI actions, the Dri conversations and imports of the whole team, with filters by channel, person and status.
For: Administrator · SupplierUpdated on 2026-10-16
Where to find it
In the menu, under Actions. It is the list of everything Dri has done in your company: the conversations (WhatsApp, Telegram and the in-app chat) and the imports of orders from files.
The list also includes the order submissions to the ERP made from the screen (when confirming the order, on a resend or on the automatic retry), one row per submission. They appear with the ERP channel, spend no credits, and the Status tells how the submission ended: Completed (imported into the ERP), In progress (sending, or waiting for the ERP to import), Attention (refused by the ERP), Failed (never reached the ERP) or No result (cancelled). Clicking the row opens the order. A submission requested in a conversation with Dri gets no row of its own: it already appears in the conversation, as the ERP submission via Dri action.
What the administrator sees in Actions
The administrator sees the actions of the whole company: the conversations of every seller, every buyer and every store, and every import. A seller, on the same screen, sees only their own (and a sales rep, those of their team).
This is where you follow how the team and the customers are using Dri, find the conversation behind an order that went wrong and check what ended without an order. How each conversation works is in Acompanhar as conversas do WhatsApp.
The columns of the list
The row opens with what people look for first:
- Store (when you have not filtered by a store), Date and Status: whether the row is still running and, if it has ended, whether it ended well, explained in the next section.
- Channel: WhatsApp, Telegram, in-app chat or import.
- Type: in a conversation, who talked to Dri: Buyer, Sales rep, Owner, Admin, Store admin, Seller or Test (Vendria). In an import, the file format.
- Person: the name of whoever talked to Dri. In a buyer's conversation, their seller appears underneath, as Seller: <name>.
- Actions (what Dri did in the conversation, with the quotes and orders that came out of it) and Duration.
- Credits: in some accounts, the cost of each action in AI credits. See Créditos de IA: quanto cada ação custa e quanto foi usado.
The version of Dri that handled it is not a column of the list: it is in the conversation detail.
Clicking a row opens the detail of the conversation or the import. When you come back, the last row you opened is highlighted.
What each Status means
The Status answers whether the row is still running and, if it has ended, whether it ended well. What came out of it (quote, order, search) is in the Actions column.
- In progress: the conversation is still open, the import is still reading the file, or an order notice went out on WhatsApp and Meta has not yet confirmed delivery to everyone.
- Completed: it ended without a problem. The conversation produced an order or a quote, or it was a query (price, stock) that was answered. For an order notice, Meta confirmed delivery to everyone — the reason shown underneath ("delivered to N") tells how many.
- No result: there was an attempt (building a quote, placing an order, choosing the customer) and no document came out. This is the view for finding lost opportunities.
- Attention: something on our side needs reading, and the reason is shown underneath: no reply (the last recorded message is from whoever talked to Dri), couldn't answer (Dri replied but did not know the answer, or refused because of access level), or, for a quote send or an order notice, not delivered.
- Failed: the import could not read the file.
The detail of each case is in Acompanhar as conversas do WhatsApp.
The filters in Actions
They sit behind Filters; each one you turn on becomes a tag above the list, and Clear turns them all off. The search looks for the text you type.
- Channel: All channels, WhatsApp, Telegram, Own chat or Import.
- Status: In progress, Completed, No result, Attention or Failed.
- Store: a single store.
- Format: PDF, Image, Spreadsheet, Audio, Text (applies only to imports).
- Action: Search, Order, Export, Customer, Extraction, Estimate sent, Order notice, ERP submission via Dri, ERP submission via the screen or Unknown: the kind of thing Dri did. The filter catches every conversation in which the tool was used — including when Dri stopped to ask and when the order came out with no effect, which are the cases in which the Dashboard does not count the action. That is why the filter can show more rows than the Dashboard count for the same period.
- Person: one person, with how many actions they have. Sales reps appear with the rep agency's name next to them.
- Initiator: who started the conversation: Buyer or Seller. See the section about the initiator below.
- Tests: No tests (the default), With tests or Tests only.
- Version: the version of Dri that handled it.
In the footer, Actions per page chooses how many rows appear.
⚠️ Admin, Owner and the Initiator filter
Conversations opened by Vendria's own team (support and tests) appear with the Test (Vendria) tag and are left out of the list by default, like the other tests. When there are some in the current view, a tag above the list says how many are hidden.
The conversations that you, the company administrator, have with Dri count as Seller in the filter (they are real use, not tests) even if the Type column shows them as Admin or Owner. A conversation opened from a buyer's phone counts as Buyer.
Everyday recipes
- The week's lost opportunities: Status = No result, channel WhatsApp.
- What a seller has been doing with Dri: Person = the seller.
- Orders customers sent on their own: Initiator = Buyer.
- Files Dri could not read: Channel = Import and Status = Failed.
- See the tests by Vendria's team: Tests only.
Common questions
- The same customer appears several times. Each row is one service session, not the customer's entire history; a conversation closes on its own and the next message opens another.
- The seller says they can't see a conversation that I see. A seller sees only their own conversations; the administrator sees everyone's.
- "No actions for these filters.": the combination of filters left nothing; remove a tag or use Clear.
- I filtered by Format and the conversations disappeared. The format belongs to an imported file; with it on, only imports appear.
