A store's page: details, default discount and deactivation
For the administrator: a store's page in Vendria, with name, default discount, service channels and how to deactivate or reactivate the store.
For: Administrator · SupplierUpdated on 2026-09-24
Where to find it
In your account menu, under Company Settings, in the Stores list at the bottom of the page, by clicking the store. The arrow at the top, next to the name, goes back to Company Settings. Creating a new store also ends up here. If the store is deactivated, the name carries the Inactive tag.
⚠️ This page belongs to the company Owner and the company Administrator: the store administrator sees the menu entry, but the server rejects everything here and the screen responds "Store not found.": it's a lack of permission, not a nonexistent store.
General Information: name, CNPJ and logo
General Information shows Name, CNPJ and Logo, but 🚨 only the Name belongs to this store. CNPJ and logo belong to the whole COMPANY, and changing them here changes them for every store: a store has no tax identity of its own in Vendria. They're the same fields as in Company Details, in Company Settings.
Name and CNPJ are edited by clicking the value itself: it becomes a text box and saves when you leave the field or press Enter; Esc undoes. The Saved message confirms.
The logo is changed in Upload Logo, by choosing an image. ⚠️ Today the logo is stored in the company's record but isn't printed on the documents sent to customers. See The company details printed on documents: name, CNPJ, address and contact.
Summary and Default Discount
Summary shows read-only counts, and ⚠️ only Products belongs to this store: Sellers and Customers count the whole company and appear the same in all of its stores.
The same panel has a field that is by no means read-only, and that one is per store: Default Discount (%), from 0 to 100. Click the value, type and confirm with Enter; Default discount updated appears. Saving 0 is valid and turns off the store's default discount; the field keeps showing 0 after saving, and that means it saved. A value outside 0 to 100 is rejected with "Discount must be between 0 and 100".
Service Channels
Below the details, the page shows the Service Channels panel, with WhatsApp, Storefront, Email and ERP.
⚠️ The panel is informational and almost entirely fixed. The only row that reflects the store is Storefront (the buyer's web portal), which says Active or Inactive. WhatsApp always says Active, and Email and ERP always say Coming soon (even in a store with a connected ERP). The real state of the ERP connection is in the ERP Integration card in Company Settings (see Know whether the ERP integration is working). Nothing in this panel is turned on or off from here.
What you don't change here
The switches that change order behavior (multi-store cart, independent orders per store, pre-sale as stock) belong to the whole organization and live in Company Settings, not per store. The store's rules (minimum amount, payment, freight) live in Commercial Rules; stock control, in Catalog and exports, Product page tab. Looking here for a specific store's switch is the most common confusion on this screen.
Deactivate the store
The Deactivate Store button is at the bottom of the page and asks for confirmation: "The store will become inaccessible to sellers, buyers and admins. You can reactivate it later." A deactivated store disappears for sellers, buyers and administrators; records and history stay intact, and Activate Store (in the same place) brings everything back, or Reactivate, in the Deactivated Stores list in Company Settings.
Two things stop along with it, and come back on reactivation: the store's products leave search and the scheduled stock replenishment check stops running for it. The store's ERP connection isn't turned off by this: to stop using the ERP, turn off the connection in the ERP Integration card.
There is no store deletion: deactivating is the right move for a store that stopped operating or was created by mistake.
When it goes wrong
- Opening this page switches your session to this store, without warning. That's what lets it show the store's settings; the consequence is that the other screens that work store by store (such as parts of Commercial Rules) start answering for this store until you open another.
- "CNPJ is already in use by another organization.": the CNPJ you typed already belongs to another company in Vendria.
- "Store not found.": you're a store administrator; the page belongs to the Owner and the company administrators.
- "Error loading store settings": switching the session to this store failed. Reload the page.
