Dri on WhatsApp: everything she does

Dri is Vendria's AI assistant on WhatsApp, Telegram and Dri chat: she builds quotes and looks up prices, stock, orders and customers.

For: Seller and Administrator

Updated on 2026-10-25

Summary

What Dri does, in a few lines: she is Vendria's artificial intelligence assistant, not a person on the team. Through the conversation, she builds quotes from text, audio, photo, PDF or spreadsheet; looks up price and stock; generates product lists in Excel or PDF; answers about your orders, your customers and your sales numbers; sends the order copy and, where sending is already enabled, a copy of the boleto (bank slip); and answers questions about how to use Vendria.

If you are an administrator or owner of the company, she does all of that for you too, without the seller's portfolio filter, and more: she tells how much the store or any seller billed, by name, where that lookup has been enabled; gives the cost and margin of the products of the stores you manage, where the ERP sends the cost to Vendria; and, on WhatsApp, tapping Export on a quote from those stores also tries to confirm the order. If something prevents it, the message that comes with the file says what.

It works the same on WhatsApp, Telegram and Dri chat: what she can do is the same in all three. If you asked her "what can you do?", the complete list of what she does and does not do is right here, in this guide. To connect Telegram or Dri chat, see Where to talk to Dri: WhatsApp, her own chat and Telegram.

What it is

Dri is Vendria's assistant in the conversation. On WhatsApp, you talk to her through your store's number, in plain language, the way you would talk to a colleague, and she does the work inside Vendria.

She is not a screen with a menu. There is no required command: you write what you want, and she handles it or asks what was missing.

Everything she does today

Quotes and catalog:

  • Look up price and stock of a catalog product, already with the discount of the customer active in the conversation.
  • Build a quote by text: you send the products and quantities in a single message and she creates the document.
  • Build a quote from a file: a photo, PDF or spreadsheet the customer sent you. She reads the items and matches them to the catalog.
  • Understand audio: you record, she transcribes and treats it as text.
  • Change the quote in progress: list the items, add, remove, swap one item for another, change an item's quantity, undo the last batch of items you added and start a new quote. See Start over, end and the conversation commands.
  • Change the order conditions: payment method, payment terms, note, freight, carrier, delivery estimate, purchase order, freight cost, price table and discount.
  • Generate a product list filtered by name, attribute, price, stock or ABC curve, with the customer's price, and send it in Excel or PDF.
  • Build a quote with every item of a slice: "everything from Casa Modelo under R$ 2, 2 boxes of each" becomes an order, not a file. See A quote for a slice of the catalog through Dri.
  • Export the quote in Excel or PDF, in your company's template.
  • List the templates your company has set up.

Orders:

  • Ask for an order's status: where it stands in Vendria and in the ERP, by the Vendria number, the ERP number or the customer. See Ask for an order's status on WhatsApp.
  • Answer about an order's invoice and delivery: the invoice number and key, the DANFE in PDF when the file exists, the XML through a link, and the carrier, the freight type (CIF or FOB) and the delivery estimate. When the ERP does not return the carrier, she gives the one noted on the order, and says it is the order's note.
  • Send the order copy in PDF: in a purchase with more than one store, there is one copy per store. Right after receiving the copy, you can ask in the same conversation for her to remove or put back a part of it, such as prices or status, and the PDF comes out again with the change.
  • Send a copy of the boleto for an order or a customer in your portfolio: the PDF and the payment line of each installment. Sending is enabled by Vendria gradually and depends on the connection to the store's ERP; where it is not available, she answers "I can't send this store's boleto here yet." and lists the customer's open invoices.

Customers and numbers:

  • Choose the conversation's customer and apply their negotiated discount.
  • Answer about one of your customers, from what the ERP recorded: the last purchase, how much and how often they buy, what they buy most, how much they paid for a product, their credit and open invoices and the payment terms they usually use.
  • Answer about your portfolio: who your customers are, who bought and who has gone quiet. See Ask about my customer portfolio on WhatsApp.
  • Answer about your numbers: how much you sold, your target for the month and average ticket. See My sales and my target: on WhatsApp and on screen.
  • Tell a product's cost and margin, where the store's ERP sends the cost to Vendria. Only for the owner, the administrator and the seller of the company itself: anyone from a rep agency never gets cost, in any case. The seller sees the cost only of products that are on one of their quotes or orders.
  • Note down the registration request for a new customer. The request does not reach the administrator on its own and she does not notify you when the registration goes through: talk to whoever manages your company. See Request the registration of a new customer.

About you and about Vendria:

  • Tell who you are to the system: ask "who am I?" or "what are my stores?" and she answers with your role and the stores you have access to.
  • Tell how many AI credits your account has: ask "how many credits do I have?", "when do my credits expire?" or "when does my plan renew?" and she answers the balance, what expires in the next few days and the renewal date of the account you serve through. Say the question is about your account ("I", "my", "my account"), or say AI credits: a loose "when do they renew?" she reads as something else, because "credit" is also the customer's limit in the ERP. She answers only for your account: whoever serves through a rep agency gets the rep agency's credits, never those of the supplier it represents or of another rep agency; and the organization gets its own, never those of one of its represented companies. When the organization pays for the rep agency's usage, the answer says whose plan it comes from, without numbers. Say credits or actions, the way your screen says it: the answer uses the same word. The buyer at a customer company has no AI account, and for them Dri answers as she always has. See AI credits: how much each action costs and how much was used.
  • Answer questions about Vendria itself: how to use a screen, where a feature is, how something works.

What she does NOT do

  • She does not confirm the order on her own. She builds the quote as a draft, and you confirm it, on the quote screen, in Confirm estimate. On WhatsApp, tapping Export only confirms the order when whoever exports is an administrator of the company or of that quote's store; for the seller and the sales rep, the tap delivers the file and the quote stays a draft. Asking for the file in writing delivers only the file and does not touch the document. See Export the quote as Excel or PDF on WhatsApp.
  • She does not give the month's commission statement. It sits in an ERP routine that Vendria does not read yet, and guessing a value would be worse than not answering. The commission on one of your orders, cited by the ERP number ("how much do I earn on order 1/123456?"), she does give: it is the value the ERP recorded on that order.
  • She does not issue invoices and does not track the load at the carrier. The ERP issues the invoice, and she has no tracking code to pass on. The invoice the ERP issued, the carrier, the freight type and the delivery estimate she does report.
  • She does not answer for another seller's numbers, except to whoever is an administrator or owner of the company. For the seller, everything she adds up is filtered by their link: there is no way to ask for a colleague's billing. The administrator or owner asks by name ("how much did Carlos bill in August?"). And the holder of a rep agency sees the order commission of their team.
  • She does not build a replenishment order from the customer's history, nor redo an old ERP order as a new quote. She says what the customer buys most; you choose the quote's items.
  • She does not open links. A CamScanner, Google Drive, WeTransfer or any other site link she cannot access. Send the file itself in the conversation, the PDF or the photo: the PDF CamScanner generates is read normally. See A quote from a photo, PDF or spreadsheet on WhatsApp.
  • She does not send email or forward messages to someone else. The file she generates, Excel or PDF, arrives in the same conversation. For the customer to get it, forward it yourself.
  • She does not send campaigns or notices to several customers at once, and does not write to any customer on her own. There is no asking her for a notice to your whole portfolio. The notices she sends without anyone asking, such as the order status one, go to team members, never to the customer.

How to ask

Say the result, not the command. Some examples that work as they are:

  • "how much is the 500 ml thermal bottle?"
  • "is AB10371 in stock?"
  • "make an order for Casa Modelo: 10 boxes of 9003 and 4 boxes of 9010": for the order to come out right the first time (code, unit, price and CNPJ), see Pedir pela Dri no WhatsApp
  • "put together a list of curve A items up to R$ 10"
  • "what's the status of order 412?"
  • "send me the invoice for order 1/123456"
  • "copy of order ORD-000123"
  • "when was Casa Modelo's last purchase?"
  • "how am I doing this month?"
  • "what are my stores?"
  • "export as PDF"

When she does not understand

She asks. If you send something else before answering, she handles what you sent and the question stays open for a while; to go back to it, tap the question's button, if it came with buttons. See When Dri asks, and how to answer. If she got wrong what you wanted, say in one sentence what it was, without repeating the whole request.

For a question about how to use Vendria, ask your own way, like "how do I upload a price list?". If she answers "I didn't find that in Vendria's help", it is literal: she prefers to admit it than to make up a screen path that does not exist. Describe the screen or what you want to do in other words.

Where the conversation shows up later

Every conversation is recorded in Actions: even after ending the conversation, the history stays there, with what was asked, what she did and the document that came out. The quote created stays in Quotes.

The list files she generates, and the files she sends in Dri chat, are kept for at least 48 hours; after that they may be deleted. When the list is too big to go as a file and arrives through a link, that link is valid for 24 hours. If you need one of them later, ask again: the quote and the catalog are still there, and the file comes out again.

Common questions

What can Dri do? She builds quotes from text, audio, photo, PDF or spreadsheet, looks up price and stock, generates product lists, answers about orders, invoices, customers and your numbers, sends a copy of the boleto where sending is already enabled, and answers questions about Vendria. For the administrator or owner of the company, she also tells the billing of the store and of any seller by name, where that lookup has been enabled, and the cost and margin of products where the ERP sends the cost. The complete list is in this guide.

Is Dri a person? No. She is an artificial intelligence assistant from Vendria.

Does she do the same thing on Telegram and in Dri chat? Yes. What she can do is the same in all three channels; each channel just has its own conversation.

I tapped Export and the quote is still a draft. Did something go wrong? If you are a seller or sales rep, no: exporting on WhatsApp delivers the file and does not confirm the order. Confirm it on the quote screen, in Confirm estimate. If you are an administrator, the message that came with the file says what prevented the confirmation.

Do you open Google Drive or CamScanner links? No. Send the file itself, the PDF or the photo, straight into the conversation.

Do you send the quote to the customer's email? No. The file arrives in the conversation, and you forward it to the customer.

Does Dri message my customers on her own, like a campaign? No. She does not send campaigns or notices to several customers, and does not write to any customer on her own: the file she generates arrives in your conversation, and you forward it. The notices she sends without you asking, such as the order status one, go to team members, not to the customer. See Get notified when the order changes status in the ERP. To reach the customers who stopped buying, see Reactivating inactive customers: the queue of customers who stopped buying.

I asked for my portfolio and she said it is not available yet. What do I do? Talk to your store's administrator: Vendria enables the lookup, at their request. If you are the store's administrator, talk to Vendria support. Meanwhile, the ERP portfolio is in the Portfolio item of the menu (or in Customers, ERP portfolio tab).
