Where to talk to Dri: WhatsApp, her own chat and Telegram

Where to find it

Dri's channels are turned on in My Account, in the box whose title starts with Connect Dri. Each channel takes up a row, with the name, a sentence about it, the cost and the buttons for that row.

There are three channels, and Dri can do the same things on all three:

• WhatsApp: works through the phone number registered on your account, without you turning anything on. Its row has no connect button;
• Dri chat: Vendria's own chat, which opens in your phone's browser and also on the site itself, through the Dri button in the corner of the screen. In the Actions list its conversations appear with the Own chat channel;
• Telegram: turned on through an invite link.

Everything Dri did on any of the three is recorded in AI actions.

Three places, three conversations

Each channel has its own conversation with Dri. The quote you started building on WhatsApp does not stay open in Dri chat or on Telegram, and the reverse also holds: the chosen customer, the file she was still going to read and the question she asked stay in the channel where they happened.

This keeps two conversations handled in parallel (one customer on WhatsApp, another in her own chat) from getting mixed up in the same conversation.

What gets saved does not depend on the channel: every quote Dri creates, wherever it comes from, appears in Quotes. To avoid getting lost, finish an order in the same channel where you started it.

Dri chat inside the site

For sellers and administrators, the round button with Dri's green V, in the bottom corner of the screen, opens Dri chat right there, without leaving the page. It is the same conversation as Dri chat on your phone: what you write in one appears in the other. You do not need to connect anything; it uses the account you signed in to the site with.

• Changing pages does not close the chat. It stays open while you navigate the menu or open a screen Dri sent. To collapse it, use the Minimize button at the top of the chat, the Dri button itself or the Esc key. When you open it again, the conversation and what you were writing are still there.
• Files: drag a photo, a PDF or a spreadsheet over the conversation and drop it when Drop to attach appears, or use the +. The file waits for you to send it, together with whatever is written.
• Audio: on the site there is no button to record audio. To send audio, use Dri chat on your phone or WhatsApp.
• Warnings: on the site there are no notifications with the chat closed. They belong to Dri chat installed on your phone.
• The book icon at the top of the chat takes you to the Help Center.

How to turn on Dri chat on your phone

1. On the computer, open My Account and go to the Connect Dri box.
2. On the Dri chat row, click Connect.
3. A QR code appears. Scan it with your phone's camera: the chat opens in the phone's browser, already with your account. If you are already on your phone, use Open in Dri chat.
4. The QR code changes on its own every few seconds, for security. Leave the screen open and scan whatever is showing; you do not need to generate another one.

When the chat opens, the Dri chat row in My Account starts saying it is connected, without reloading the page.

Install Dri chat and turn on notifications

Dri takes a few seconds to answer each message. So you do not have to keep watching the screen, turn on notifications: at the top of the chat the strip Turn on notifications to know when Dri replies, even with the app closed appears, with the Turn on notifications button.

⚠️ On iPhone, notifications only work with Dri installed on the Home Screen. Without that, no notification reaches that device; the chat keeps working, but only while you have it open. On Android and on the computer, notifications work whether it is installed or not. When the browser allows it, the strip Keep Dri on your home screen, like an app has the Install button, which only creates the shortcut.

If Notifications are blocked on this device appears, the permission was denied in the browser: allow Vendria's notifications in its settings. To stop getting notifications on a single device, use Turn off notifications on this device, at the top of the chat.

The buttons in her own chat and on Telegram

When Dri offers options (Export, Add items, New order, New quote), all three channels draw buttons. Tapping the button is the safest way to answer. Writing the button's label exactly as it appears also counts as a tap; a similar sentence does not.

Receive and download files in Dri chat

In Dri chat, the Excel or PDF you ask for (of a quote or of a product list) arrives in the chat conversation itself, not on your WhatsApp. The same goes for Telegram: the file arrives in the channel where you asked for it.

The request is the same as on WhatsApp: tap Export when Dri offers it, or ask in your own words, like "send it as PDF" or "export to Excel". If the format is not in the request, such as when you just tap Export, in Dri chat and on Telegram Dri asks in the conversation itself, with the buttons Excel and PDF.

The file appears as a bubble with its name and the word view:

1. Tap the bubble. The file preview opens right there, without leaving the chat.
2. At the top of the preview, tap Download to save the file to your device. The Download button appears even when the preview cannot show the content.
3. To go back to the conversation, tap the ✕.

If the delivery fails, Dri tells you right away that she could not deliver the file there in the chat and asks you to request it again. When possible, the same message already includes a link to use if the new request also fails: for a quote, the link to download it from the site; for a product list, the direct link to the file.

How to turn on Telegram

In My Account, on the Telegram row, click Connect. The screen shows a QR code and the invite link. To get the link to your phone, use Open in Telegram, Copy link or, when available, Receive via WhatsApp. In Telegram, tap Start. The link is valid for a few minutes and works only once; if it expired, use Generate another link. The full step by step is in Falar com a Dri pelo Telegram.

The invite always links the Telegram of whoever opens the link to the account that is signed in to the site at that moment. Do not forward the link to anyone: whoever opens it first gets linked to your account. To connect a colleague's Telegram, they sign in with their own account and generate their own invite.

Once connected, Telegram has no 24-hour window and no per-message cost: those are WhatsApp rules.

Which channel Dri notifies you on

With more than one channel turned on, you choose which one you want Dri to notify you on: on the channel's row, click Get notifications here. The chosen row starts showing the Dri notifies you here badge, and only one row has the badge at a time.

Disconnect Dri chat: the history does not come back

On the Dri chat row, Disconnect asks for confirmation with Yes, disconnect. Disconnecting her own chat does three things:

• every connected device starts asking you to sign in again, including the chat inside the site on the computer you clicked from;
• notifications stop;
• ⚠️ the conversation starts over empty: for security the chat's key is changed, and the previous history does not come back. It is the only part that cannot be undone.

Quotes are not lost: they stay in Quotes, and the old conversation stays recorded in Actions. What disappears is the history inside the chat itself.

A disconnected device shows the screen with the Sign in again button, which already warns that the conversation starts over empty. In My Account, the row says This device was disconnected. Tap Connect to use Dri here again.

Disconnect Telegram

On the Telegram row, Disconnect and then Yes, disconnect. Dri stops answering there, and you can turn it on again whenever you want with the same Connect. There is no device to cut off and no history to lose: on Telegram, the link is the chat itself.

Which channel to use

• WhatsApp: when the order comes from the customer on WhatsApp and you just pass it on to Dri. It is the channel that already works without setting anything up.
• Dri chat: when you want a conversation of your own, outside WhatsApp, with no per-message cost, with files appearing inside the conversation.
• Telegram: when it is the app you already use day to day.

Common questions

I started a quote on WhatsApp; does it appear in Dri chat? Not as an open conversation: each channel has its own. The quote itself is in Quotes.

Dri chat's QR does not work. The code changes on its own every few seconds. Scan whatever is on the screen at that moment, without taking a photo of it first.

I lost the phone Dri chat was on. In My Account, use Disconnect on the Dri chat row: that cuts off every device. Then connect the new phone with Connect. The chat conversation starts over empty.

I don't get notifications on iPhone. Add Dri to the Home Screen and turn on notifications from the installed app.

I asked for the PDF in Dri chat; does it go to my WhatsApp? No. It appears in the chat conversation, where you tap the bubble to view it and use Download to save it.

Dri said she couldn't deliver the file. What now? Ask again. If it keeps failing, use the link that came in her message: the quote's opens the site, the product list's downloads the file directly.

I'm in Dri chat and the reply said "on WhatsApp". Do I need to switch channels? No. Some of Dri's help replies still mention WhatsApp even when you are on another channel. What she does on WhatsApp she also does in Dri chat and on Telegram: ask in the conversation you are already in.

"Sending via WhatsApp is unavailable" appears. Sending the invite on WhatsApp is not available right now; use the QR or copy the link.
