My sales and my target: on WhatsApp and on screen
Ask Dri on WhatsApp how much you sold this month, how much of the target you have reached and the commission on an order, and see the same numbers on the Dashboard.
For: Seller and AdministratorUpdated on 2026-10-12
What it is
Your sales numbers, on WhatsApp: how much went out in the period, how much of the target has been reached, and who in your portfolio bought. They are TWO different readings: the calendar month from Vendria, and the invoice from the ERP (a rolling window and, with an updated connector, the calendar month too). And they answer different questions.
How to ask
On WhatsApp, in one sentence, talking about yourself: "how am I doing this month?", "how much did I sell in August?", "what's my target?", "and last month?", "how many customers bought in 2025-11?".
Put the "I" in the sentence. "How was August?", without saying whose, Dri may read as a question about the whole store, and that number is for administrators: whoever is a seller hears that it doesn't come out there and gets the suggestion to ask for their own number ("how much did I sell this month?").
What she answers
For the period you asked for:
- how many orders and how much revenue;
- how much of the target has been reached, as a percentage, when you have a target set;
- the average ticket: revenue divided by the number of orders;
- the comparison with the previous period, as a percentage;
- how many customers bought in the period and how many are idle, with no order in the last 30 days;
- how many products the store's catalog has available.
And a link to your Dashboard.
If your portfolio is empty, the answer has the month followed by "no customers assigned". It doesn't mean you didn't sell: it means no customer is with you: not as responsible seller, not through your seller code in the ERP, not through your rep agency. The assignment comes from the administrator or from the ERP itself; see The customers in my portfolio.
The periods she understands
This month is the default. She also understands last month, the month by name ("August") and a month of another year ("August 2025" or "2025-08"). Months are calendar months, closed on Brasília time.
A month said by name, without a year, is always the most recent one that has already started: in October, "August" is this year's and "November" is last year's. For another year, say the year.
🚨 The two customer numbers don't have the same owner
The sentence comes out as "8 of 15 customers bought (4 inactive for 30+ days)", and the two sides of it have different slices:
- the 8 (and the revenue) counts only the customers personally assigned to you;
- the 15 and the 4 idle count the reachable portfolio, which, in a rep agency company, includes the customers held by the rep agency and reachable by all its members.
That's a decision, not carelessness: personal performance is what you serve directly, and "my customers" is the portfolio you reach. But it's worth knowing before acting: a customer counted as idle may be a colleague's.
Where the number comes from
From all the orders of the customers assigned to you, regardless of the channel: an order placed on WhatsApp, by the customer in the online store or entered by hand: they all count. It's on purpose: the seller owns the relationship with the customer, not the channel the order came through.
The target
The target is monthly, in reais, and per seller. The company's administrator sets it, on your seller record. You don't edit it.
With no target set, the screen shows "No target set" and the WhatsApp answer comes without the progress. It isn't an error: nobody has configured one yet.
The progress is the month's revenue divided by the target. It follows the calendar month: it turns over on the 1st.
⚠️ The target may answer you "not yet". It is understood by both conversation paths, and answered by only one: in the seller's new flow the target reading hasn't been built yet, and there Dri answers "I don't answer that here yet, but it's already on the way. For now you can see it on screen." It isn't your record or your target: it's the reading that's missing, and the Dashboard has the number.
The other revenue: the ERP's
There is a second reading, and it answers another question. When your store has an ERP connected and your sales rep code is linked, Dri adds up the revenue by invoice, straight from the ERP, and shows two numbers side by side: the ERP's and what went out through Vendria orders. The difference between the two isn't noise: it's how much of your sales already goes through the product.
From this reading you can ask for a slice by customer ("how much did I sell to Casa Modelo this year?").
It knows rolling windows of 90, 180 or 365 days and, with the ERP connector updated, the calendar month: "how much did I invoice this month?" (from the 1st to today, and she says so), "how much did I invoice last month?", "how much did I invoice in August?". Ask the whole sentence: "and in August?" alone doesn't say it's revenue. A month named without a year is the most recent one that has already started.
⚠️ Where the connector doesn't slice by month yet, she says so instead of approximating: she answers that she can't give the closed month, explains why, and shows the rolling window next to it so you don't need to ask twice. An approximated window in silence would be a number that looks like the month's and isn't.
Ask the whole sentence
"And last month?" works. But a shortcut that changes the customer ("and Casa Modelo?" right after an answer) doesn't continue the same lookup: the slice by customer needs the whole sentence ("how much did I sell to Casa Modelo this year?"). It's worth repeating the question in full when you change customers.
When she can't
- No sales rep code in the ERP: she has no way to separate what's yours, and says so. She doesn't return the whole store's number or zeros. The administrator fixes the link.
- A store without an ERP connected: she can only add up what went through Vendria, which in a store that also sells outside it is only a part. She prefers not to give a number that would look like the total.
- ERP down: she warns you and asks you to try again.
Commission: the order's, yes; the month's, not yet
Dri gives the commission on an order of yours: ask by the order number in the ERP ("how much do I earn on order 1/123456?", or "what's the commission on order ORD-000691?") and she answers the amount the ERP recorded on that order, with the rate and the base. An order with zero commission or no commission recorded is stated as such, never as "you earned nothing".
Who sees whose commission:
- Seller or sales rep sees only their own: another seller's order she answers as if she hadn't found it.
- The rep agency's holder (the partner) also sees their team's (the agents), and the answer says whose it is: "So-and-so's commission is R$ …".
- The company administrator or owner sees any seller's, also saying whose it is.
- Whoever sells through a rep agency and has no code of their own in the ERP hears that the commission recorded on the order belongs to the holder: the order goes out with the rep agency's code.
She doesn't give the month's closing yet, for anyone. It sits in an ERP routine Vendria doesn't read yet, and guessing a commission amount would be worse than not answering: revenue and earnings differ by an order of magnitude.
That also holds for a holder asking about the team: "how much commission did my agents earn in August?" gets the same answer, that the closing doesn't come out yet, neither yours nor your agents'. Asking by an agent's name ("how much commission did Carlos earn in August?") doesn't change that either. What works is the commission order by order: ask by the agent's order number and she answers how much was recorded on it.
⚠️ The order's commission needs the ERP connector updated. Where it is older, Dri says she can't see the data yet, which doesn't mean the order has no commission.
Administrator or owner: ANOTHER seller's numbers
Whoever is a company administrator or owner can ask about a seller, by name: "how much did Carlos invoice in August?", "Ana's pre-sales", "how much did Carlos earn on order 1/123456?". The answer says whose it is ("Carlos Silva invoiced…"), never "you".
- The name is searched in the ERP's seller registry, by whole word: "Ana" doesn't find Mariana.
- If the name fits more than one person (two Carlos), she lists the numbered options and asks which one; you answer with the number or with the name as it is on the list. She never adds the two together.
- If she finds nobody with that name, she says so and asks for the full name.
- The month's commission closing stays out, for any seller.
Sellers and sales reps still see only their own numbers: asking about a colleague still gets no answer. The exception is the order commission for the rep agency's holder, who sees their team's (the agents).
Administrator: the whole store's numbers
Whoever administers the store asks about the revenue and the top sellers of the whole store: "how was August?", "how much did the store invoice last month?", "what sold the most in August?".
- The number comes from the ERP's invoices (sales invoices not canceled), and the answer always ends reminding you that it's the whole store's number, not a seller's.
- With no store in the sentence, she answers for the store you are in, if you administer it; otherwise, the stores you administer, one section per store. For a specific store, say its name ("how was August at the Centro store?").
- In revenue, a closed month comes compared with the previous month. The current month goes up to today, and the period shows with "until" and today's date, so you know it's partial.
- With no period in the sentence, she uses a default window and says which: the last three months for revenue, the last 90 days for top sellers.
- Top sellers come as a top 5 by amount; ask for "top 10" to see more, up to 20.
- It's at most three stores per question. If you administer more, she warns you and you ask for the other by name.
- A store you don't administer is left out, and she says so.
- If a store's ERP integration doesn't have this lookup, its section says so instead of showing zero.
- "How much did I invoice?" is always your number, never the store's, even for an administrator.
A Seller who asks about the store hears that the whole store's revenue is administrator information, with the suggestion to ask for their own number. If the question is about the store's top sellers in a period, the suggestion is different: the catalog's best sellers in the last 90 days ("what sold the most?").
The whole store's number comes from the same revenue lookup that is released gradually, and it isn't released in every store yet. If, as an administrator, the answer comes with orders, target and customers, or with the month followed by "no customers assigned", she read your seller numbers, not the store's. Repeat with the store in the sentence ("how much did the store invoice in August?"); if it comes like that again, the store reading hasn't reached your account yet, and the administrator's Dashboard shows the team's usage, not sales.
On screen
The Dashboard has the same numbers for the month: Orders (this month), Revenue (this month) with the change against the previous month, Monthly goal as a percentage with its amount below, Active customers (how many bought in the month) and Top customers (90 days).
⚠️ The seller's Dashboard and the administrator's are different screens in the same place. The administrator's shows how much the team is USING Vendria, not how much it sold: they are different things. This one is the seller's, and it's about sales. If you are a seller and can't find the Dashboard, it's because it hasn't been released for your account yet; in that case the menu goes straight to Quotes.
Common questions
I asked "how was August?" and she said it's administrator information. Why? Without "I" in the sentence, the question was read as being about the whole store. Ask "how much did I sell in August?" and she answers your number.
August without a year is from which year? From the most recent August that has already started. For another year, say "August 2025".
Dri said the revenue lookup isn't available for me. What do I do? Talk to your store's administrator: the release is per store or per person, and it's not an ERP problem or a problem with your record.
Can I get the month's commission closing? Not yet, for anyone. The commission comes out order by order, by the order number.
As a holder, do I see my agents' commission? Order by order, yes: ask by the order number. The month's total per agent doesn't come out yet.
I'm an administrator. Can I see how much the whole store invoiced? Yes, where the revenue lookup has already been released: "how much did the store invoice in August?" brings the invoice number of the store you are in or, if you don't administer it, of the stores you administer, up to three per question.
