AI credits: how much each action costs and how much was used

The Plans and usage page and the plan's usage: balance, how much of each type of action was used in the billing period and who paid.

For: Seller and Administrator

Updated on 2026-10-25

Where to find it

On the top bar, in Plans and usage; on a phone, in the Menu tab. The page opens on the Plan usage tab, the balance and the statement for the billing period, described right below, and it also has the tabs:

  • Plans: the account's plan ladder;
  • Guide and, for whoever is responsible for the contract, Subscription and billing.

For whoever sells through a rep agency company, the page shows the rep agency's account. Every team member sees its plan, balance and period total; the usage by action, by organization and by person, the partner and the administrative staff see for the whole team, and the seller sees only their own. Whoever belongs to more than one rep agency chooses which in View as: "Rep agency — <name>".

An organization seller who is not an administrator sees the summary: the balance and the plan of the organization's account. The price of each action and each person's consumption stay with the administration.

⚠️ AI credits are released account by account. While they are not released for yours, the item does not show up and the direct address takes you to Quotes (further down, in the section about when the page does not exist for you).

The plan usage: the Plan usage tab

From top to bottom:

  1. the Balance card (at a rep agency, Rep agency balance): Plan (how many credits per month, since when and when it renews), Used in the period, Remaining and At the current pace (in how many days the balance runs out, at the pace of the last few days). A rep agency whose actions the organization pays for, and that therefore has no plan, sees in its place "Covered by the organization <name>";
  2. the Increase credits (or Increase limit) button, which opens a WhatsApp conversation with Vendria with the request already written. Whoever is responsible for the contract of an account that subscribes through the Plans tab does not see this button: the way is the tab itself;
  3. the By action table: each type of action used in the period and how much of it was used;
  4. the By organization and By member tables (at a rep agency; for the seller, Your usage, with only their own line), or By store and By person (at the organization);
  5. at the organization, the sales reps' consumption, on the same screen: By rep agency and By sales rep person, with the Paid by column. The sentence above them says whether the organization absorbs that consumption or each rep agency pays its own.

In some accounts usage counts actions instead of credits: the By action table shows only how many times each action was used, with the same names as the Guide tab (for the organization's administration and for whoever belongs to a rep agency; an organization seller who is not an administrator sees only the account summary). In a period with no actions, the tab says so and explains what will show up there.

The period is the billing period

This is the point that confuses people most. The plan usage period is the subscription period (it starts on the day the plan renews), not the calendar month. The Billing period selector shows the current period (marked · current) and the previous ones, each with its start and end date.

How much each action costs and how much was used

Today every action costs 1 credit, on any channel, except what never counts (tidying up the conversation and asking again for the PDF or spreadsheet of an order that already exists, among others: the Guide tab lists them, for whoever has it — the organization's administration and whoever belongs to a rep agency; an organization seller who is not an administrator sees only the summary). The price can be different only when Vendria sets a different value for an action or a channel, and then the value shows up on the Guide tab.

The price of each action is on the Guide tab. In Plan usage, the By action table shows, for each type of action used in the period, how many times it was used and, in an account that counts credits, how many credits it consumed. The page does not split usage by channel: the same action done on WhatsApp and on the site shows up on a single line, with the total.

  • Receiving an order shows up by format (photo, PDF, spreadsheet, email, CSV), and not on a single "Order" line. Splitting it is what shows where orders really come in.
  • At a rep agency, the action is charged at the price of the organization on whose behalf it was done.
  • If the price changed in the middle of the period, what was already charged does not change; the new price applies to the next action, and the table adds both up.
  • Only actions used in the period go into the table.

Who paid for each action

The By organization table shows, for each organization your team serves, the actions, the credits and the Paid by column: whether the consumption came out of the rep agency balance or was absorbed by the organization. Who pays is agreed between the organization and the rep agency, and it is recorded on the line at the moment of each action: if the rule changes later, the past does not change.

By member shows each team member's consumption, for the partner and the administrative staff. Clicking the name opens that person's usage in the period, by action and by organization. The seller sees their own usage in the tables and on the Your usage line, which count only their actions. The plan, the balance and the period total remain those of the whole rep agency: the header shows their actions and, next to them, the rep agency's.

When part of the period's actions was paid by the organization (before the rep agency had its own plan, or because the organization covers it), the page says so right below the total: those actions do not come out of the rep agency's plan, which is why they do not show up in Used.

The plans: the Plans tab

On the Plans and usage page, on the Plans tab, the second one. It shows the plan ladder your account is on: each rung with its list price per month, how many actions (or credits) it gives per month and how much each action comes to, with the Your plan badge on today's rung. The rung right above comes marked Recommended, saying how many more actions it gives; on it and on the ones above, the I want this plan button opens the conversation with Vendria on WhatsApp with the request already written — the plan change is made by Vendria. When the ladder has an extra pack, it shows up in its own card, after the last rung, with the I want this pack button: you can buy as many as you need, on any plan of the ladder, and more later. A purchased pack does not expire: it is valid until its actions run out.

Below comes the rule, which depends on how the account was agreed: either it moves up on its own to the next plan when the allowance runs out (on the last one, actions stop until the renewal or until you buy a pack), or AI actions stop until next month and the next plan comes when you subscribe to it. The free plan is for getting started and does not move up on its own.

For a rep agency whose actions the organization pays for (the organization includes the sales reps in its own plan), the tab shows no plan: it says Covered by the organization — the actions you use serving it come out of its plan, and there is no plan of your own to subscribe to.

For the organization's administration, the tab also shows the plans for sales reps: whether the organization includes the sales reps in its own plan, or, when each rep agency subscribes to its own, their ladder with the plan they all start on.

What counts and what doesn't: the Guide tab

On the Plans and usage page, the Guide tab explains how billing works and shows all the actions Dri does. It shows up for the organization's administration (in the organization's account and in its sales reps' account) and for whoever belongs to a rep agency, in both modes of the page (credits and actions). An organization seller who is not an administrator does not have the Guide tab: they see only the summary.

At the top:

  • What an action is: each thing Dri does for you, why billing is per action (chatting, Dri's question and an action that didn't work out do not count), and what counts: what the AI does and what goes out on WhatsApp. Using the site without the AI, such as typing an order, does not count;
  • three cards: Unlimited users (the whole team uses the same plan), The site without AI doesn't count, and Every action in view (every action Dri did for the account is recorded);
  • In practice: everyday situations, such as an order on WhatsApp or typing the items on screen, each with the Account badge (it counts) or the Doesn't count badge;
  • Your plan: which plan the account is on today and what happens to it when it runs out. Either the AI pauses (billing enabled, which is the Block when it runs out option turned on), or the account moves up on its own to the next rung (a paid rung, with that option turned off), or running out of credit pauses nothing and the usage beyond the plan is recorded. At a rep agency the organization covers, the block says so, and the one who decides is the organization;
  • How the plans work: the ladder of rungs, the free rung (which never moves up on its own to a paid one), how to move up through the Plans tab and when the account moves up on its own;
  • What paused AI means: what Dri stops doing and what continues, and the two causes of the pause: the month's plan running out (with billing enabled) and an open invoice that needs to be paid to keep using it (the first one, not yet paid, or an overdue one), which pauses the same actions even with credit left over.

Then comes All Dri actions, a table with one line per action, the same list Vendria uses to bill. The lines come grouped: orders Dri reads in the conversation (one per format: message or audio, photo, PDF, spreadsheet, email, CSV), order import through the site (also one per format), catalog, lists and quotes (search includes asking for the price or stock of a product), sending on WhatsApp and to the ERP, documents and templates, customers, orders, portfolio and sales, and questions and conversation. Each line has:

  • the action's name and, in the i next to it, what it does;
  • In the plan: in actions, Counts 1 action; in credits, the price that applies to your account (at a rep agency, the price changes with the organization on whose behalf the action was done, and the guide shows the range). Doesn't count when the action is never charged (the PDF and spreadsheet of an order that already exists, removing the customer from the conversation, ending the conversation) or is exempt for your account.

How many times each action was used is not in the guide: it is on the Plan usage tab.

An action that counts pauses with the AI paused: with billing enabled, when the month's plan runs out, it is unavailable until the next period or until the account subscribes to more (in the invoice pause, until it is paid). When an action that counts keeps working even so, such as lookups and questions, its i says Keeps working even with the AI paused. One that does not count never pauses.

At the end comes What never counts:

  • chatting without asking for an action: a hi, a thank you;
  • Dri's question: the one it asks to understand the request; only the action that comes out of your answer counts;
  • an action that didn't work out;
  • tidying up the conversation and exporting again: ending, removing the chosen customer, starting a new order, or asking again for the PDF or spreadsheet of an order that already exists;
  • using the site's screens: opening, editing, approving and downloading quotes. On screen, only order import and sending an estimate on WhatsApp count;
  • the notice that did not arrive: a status notice WhatsApp did not confirm as delivered.

An action Dri does counts on any channel: on WhatsApp, in the site chat and on Telegram.

Last comes Keep track of your account, with the shortcuts See the account's actions (the Actions page, in the menu, with each action Dri has done for the account) and See the month's usage (the Plan usage tab, on this same page, with how much of the plan the account has already used). And, at the very end, the link to the same guide in the public Help Center: Open the public guide and Copy link, to send to someone who does not have an account yet. The public version has the same actions, without your account's plan and values.

The direct address of the tab is /creditos-de-ia?secao=guia. The same content, with more examples, is in What counts toward the AI plan, and what doesn't.

What does not show up here

The negotiated price of your subscription, the payment status and the AI cost in dollars have no place on this page — the Plans tab shows the list price of each plan, not your invoice. It answers consumption and offer, not billing.

When the page does not exist for you

Plans and usage is released per account, and sometimes person by person. While it is not released, the item does not show up on the bar and the direct address takes you to Quotes, with no message: the screen does not exist for whoever does not have it, and that is not a permission error.

Common questions

  • The same action cost different amounts. Either it was done through different channels, or on behalf of different organizations, or the price changed in the middle of the period: the table splits each case into a line.
  • The balance is running out. Whoever is responsible for the contract moves up a plan or buys a pack on the Plans tab. Everyone else uses Increase credits; the conversation with Vendria already opens with the request written.
  • A strip showed up at the top of the site. When the account can be paused, a strip warns when it reaches 75%, 90% and 100% of the month; at 100% it says the AI is paused and on which day it comes back. At a rep agency, every team member sees the strip, whatever their role, with the Increase credits button, which for whoever is responsible for the contract leads to the Plans tab. The notice email goes to whoever is responsible for the contract (the partner and the Administrative staff). Whoever is from the company that owns the account and is talking to Dri on WhatsApp or Telegram when consumption passes 75%, 90% or 100% gets the notice right there, in the conversation; buyers never get it, and in the site's own chat the strip is what warns. Closing the strip hides it only for you.
  • The AI is paused, but there is credit left. The account has an open invoice that needs to be paid to keep using it: the first one, not yet paid, or an overdue one. The actions that pause stay stopped until the invoice is paid; the ones that always work keep going. The one who pays is whoever is responsible for the contract — the organization's administrator or the rep agency's partner —, on the Subscription and billing tab, with the Pay the invoice button. Whoever is not responsible for the contract does not see that tab: let whoever manages the account know, since they got the link to pay by email. See Assinatura e cobrança dos créditos de IA.
  • "No active plan" showed up. The account has no plan in that period, and the strip says how much was consumed without coverage.
  • Can I ask Dri about this? Yes. On WhatsApp, on Telegram and in the Dri chat, "how many credits do I have?", "when do my credits expire?" and "when do my credits renew?" answer the same as this page, with the word your screen uses — credits or actions. Say the question is about your account («I», «my», «my account»), or say AI credits: a loose «when do they renew?» it reads as something else, because «credit» is also the customer's limit in the ERP. The answer is always about your account: whoever serves through a rep agency gets the rep agency's credits, never those of the supplier it represents or of another rep agency, and the organization gets its own, never those of a rep agency representing it. If the organization pays for your rep agency's consumption, Dri says whose plan it comes out of and that this account does not need its own plan, without numbers — whoever decides that plan is the organization that covers it. The question is a lookup like any other: it costs 1 credit, shows up in the statement as Account balance and no access link comes out in the reply (if you want to log in to the site, ask Dri for the link). A buyer from a customer company has no AI account, and for them Dri replies as it always has.
