Ask about my customer portfolio on WhatsApp
Ask Dri on WhatsApp who your customers are, who stopped buying, who owes a boleto, and get the ERP portfolio as a spreadsheet.
For: Seller and AdministratorUpdated on 2026-10-17
Where to find it
The full portfolio, with filter and search, is on the Customers screen. See The customers in my portfolio. In the conversation with Dri you ask quick questions about it, without opening the screen.
"My customers" has two possible answers, coming from two different bases, and knowing which one you are reading avoids a scare with the number:
- the customers assigned to you in Vendria: the same registry as the Customers screen, which decides the price and discount of your quotes. It's from it that Dri answers the month's numbers and the search for a customer;
- the sales rep's portfolio in the ERP: read straight from your company's ERP. It's usually much bigger. In a store without a connected ERP, Dri answers from the Vendria registry and says so in the answer (see the section about it, further down).
What Dri answers about your customers
Always available:
- "customers", "who are my customers?": the answer is your portfolio read from the ERP, as a list (see the next section). When there is no ERP portfolio to read (the store has no connected ERP, or your user has no portfolio in it), the customers assigned to you in the Vendria registry come instead, with the link to the Customers screen. If there are none, Dri answers "I didn't find customers assigned to you in the Vendria registry." and sends the screen's link;
- "how am I doing this month?": among the month's numbers, how many of your customers bought in the period and how many have been inactive for 30 days or more;
- "find the customer Casa Modelo", "whose is CNPJ 12.345.678/0001-90?": searches for a customer of yours by name, phone, CPF, CNPJ or the customer's code in the ERP.
To choose one of these customers for the quote, see Choose the conversation's customer on WhatsApp. For your sales numbers, see My sales and my target: on WhatsApp and on screen.
The ERP portfolio lookup
Dri answers questions about many customers at once, read from the ERP (see "When the portfolio lookup can't answer", further down).
Examples of what you can ask:
- "how many customers do I have?", "summary of my portfolio";
- "who hasn't bought in 90 days?", "my inactive customers";
- "my customers by state", "how many in São Paulo?";
- "which customers in Trindade/GO haven't bought in 90 days?" (the city with the state);
- "who bought AB10371?";
- "blocked customers", "which customers have open orders?";
- "top 10 of the quarter", "which are the 3 customers who buy the most in Bahia?";
- "the 5 customers who bought the least this year";
- "my customers in the Northeast who didn't buy last quarter";
- "open boletos", "who has an overdue receivable?", "open boletos above 5 thousand";
- "build my route for Feira de Santana".
The portfolio answers about many customers at once. A question about a single customer (how much they bought in the year, their credit, the last purchase, their boletos) is another subject and doesn't go through this lookup: ask by the customer's name, in a sentence only about them.
List answers have a continuation: ask "and the others?" or "more" for the next page, or refine on top of the previous answer ("only the ones in BA"), without repeating the whole question. A short question that changes just one thing, like "and in SP?" or "and in the last 180 days?", keeps the rest of the previous slice.
In a list with names, you can point to a customer by position: "and the credit of the third one?". This works while the list is open, for 15 minutes. After an answer with just the number, there is no "third one": say the customer's name.
The ERP portfolio is also on screen
The same lookup Dri does in the conversation is in the Portfolio menu item, which opens the ERP portfolio tab, next to Registration, at the top of the Customers screen. There you choose the view, the filters and the order (Sort by), and change pages with a click.
Dri's portfolio answer usually ends with the link "See all on the web, with filters and sorting", which opens that tab already with your question's slice. The link signs in with your account, works once and is valid for 30 minutes. Don't forward it: whoever opens it signs in as you and sees your portfolio, not theirs.
In a store without an ERP
When the store has no connected ERP, Dri answers the same questions from the Vendria customer registry, and the answer's footer says "Vendria registry (no ERP in this store)". The numbers may be smaller than your company's ERP ones, because only those registered in Vendria count.
What period the number is from
Dri measures purchases in three windows: the last 90, 180 or 365 days, always ending today. The answer writes which window it used, because "42 customers" without a window would look the same as "42 customers in the last 90 days", and you decide things with that number.
- Ranking without a period ("who buys the most in Bahia"): uses the last 365 days and says you can ask for 90, 180 or 365.
- "Who isn't buying" without a period: considers 90 days and writes that. With a number of days ("who hasn't bought in 120 days"), the cut is exact at that number. If the ERP doesn't report the date of some customer's last invoice, Dri warns that, for them, she cut by the 90, 180 or 365-day window.
- A period outside the three windows in a ranking or in "who bought" ("in the last week", "this month"): Dri uses the closest window and says in the answer that she can't measure exactly that period and which one she used.
- A calendar month ("in August"): the portfolio lookup doesn't slice by a closed month, and the answer says so.
Who stopped buying: the bands
Dri splits those who stopped buying into bands, by the date of the customer's last invoice:
- up to date: bought in the last 90 days;
- 3 to 6 months without buying;
- 6 to 12 months without buying;
- no invoice in the last 12 months.
A cut in days also works: "inactive for more than 120 days" brings those who haven't bought for more than 120 days, up to 12 months. Above 365 days, the answer is those with no invoice in the last 12 months, because that's the longest window that can be measured, and she says so.
When the number can't become a cut on that list (a ceiling like "inactive for less than 200 days", for example), the answer goes out by the whole band and warns that the cut wasn't applied.
Visit route
Ask "build my route for Feira de Santana" and Dri returns the customers in that city from biggest to smallest, with the code, the last purchase date and each one's band.
- Those who haven't bought in the last 12 months come at the end, marked "no purchase in 12 months".
- The route isn't cut by size: ask "more" for the next part.
- Without a city, the route for the whole portfolio comes out, and the answer says you didn't state the place.
- The cut in days doesn't apply to the route: it goes out by band and warns.
- The route doesn't include phone or email.
Your customers' open boletos and receivables
Ask "open boletos" or "what do I have to receive" and Dri answers with the collection for your whole portfolio: how many customers and how many receivables, how much they add up to, the Overdue and Coming due lines (even when one of them is zero) and the customers from biggest balance to smallest. The answer ends by offering more for the next ones or spreadsheet to get them all.
You can slice it: by store ("receivables coming due at" and the store's name), by amount ("boletos above 5 thousand"), by state ("who has an overdue boleto in Bahia?") or just the boletos.
With the customer's name ("does customer so-and-so have an overdue boleto?"), the question is about a single customer. Where Dri already answers questions about a customer, the answer has the credit limit (including "Limit EXCEEDED" when they went over the limit) and their open receivables, with the overdue ones apart.
The question about the customer queries the ERP on the spot. The one about the whole portfolio may come from a receivables position updated from time to time: in that case the answer says the time of the position and how far behind it may be. To check right now, ask about a specific customer.
Where the number came from, and from when
Portfolio lookup answers say in the footer where the number came from:
- ERP portfolio queried just now: a reading made at that moment;
- ERP portfolio queried 12 min ago: Dri reused a recent lookup;
- Vendria registry (no ERP in this store): the store has no ERP, and the answer comes from the registry here, which is the smaller base.
And she says who was left out. In a slice by state, whoever has no state in the record doesn't count: the footer says how many. If some store in your portfolio couldn't answer, she names the store instead of delivering the partial list as if it were whole.
When the number comes with "at least"
"At least" means the count stopped at a reading limit, and the footer says which. Without "at least", the number is the exact count.
- The how-many question ("how many customers do I have?", "my customers by state") comes out with the ERP's exact count, however big the portfolio.
- In the lists that sweep the portfolio (who stopped buying, route, spreadsheet), Dri reads up to 2.000 customers per question. A bigger portfolio comes out as "at least 2000"; a smaller slice (a state, a city) usually fits whole.
- In questions that check each customer's credit or receivables in the ERP, she reads up to 20 customers per question, and the number is a floor. A smaller slice fits whole in the reading and may bring a bigger number.
A big list: the first 10 and the spreadsheet
Up to 10 customers, the answer lists them all. Above 10, it shows the total and the first 10, says in what order they came (for example, by who stopped buying most recently, or by the biggest open balance) and offers "more" for the next ones, the spreadsheet and a way to narrow the slice. There is no size limit to showing the first 10. The file only goes out if you ask: "send it as a spreadsheet".
The spreadsheet carries up to 2.000 customers and is always the same slice as the previous question: asking for a spreadsheet after "who hasn't bought in 90 days in Sergipe" brings only those customers, not the whole state. Above 2.000, Dri asks for a smaller slice, like a state or a city. The spreadsheet doesn't carry phone or email.
In an answer without names, asking "more" brings no page: there was no list to continue. The way out is the spreadsheet, a smaller slice (a state, a group, a status) or the link to the ERP portfolio tab.
Another sales rep's portfolio: administrators only
Sellers and sales reps see only their own portfolio. A company administrator or owner can ask for a sales rep's by name: "how many customers does Ana have?" or "customers of sales rep Ana".
- The name is searched in the ERP's sales rep registry, by whole word: "Ana" doesn't find "Mariana". If nobody matches, Dri answers "I didn't find that sales rep in your ERP's registry. Can you check the name for me?".
- For a seller or sales rep, naming a colleague doesn't return their portfolio, nor yours instead: Dri answers "That's outside your portfolio.".
Administrators and owners see the whole company, and the answer says so: "You don't have your own portfolio, so these are the organization's customers.", so nobody confuses the whole base with their own portfolio.
When the portfolio lookup can't answer
Each sentence says whose gap it is, and what to do changes with the sentence:
- "I didn't find a portfolio linked to your user.": your user isn't linked to any customer portfolio. Talk to the administrator.
- The sentence that starts with "I can't open your portfolio: your seller code in the ERP is deactivated": your code exists in the ERP, but was deactivated (which usually happens when the person leaves the rep agency), or there is some problem in the ERP record. Dri doesn't open the portfolio in that case. Talk to your rep agency's administrative staff.
- The sentence that ends with "doesn't answer this kind of query. It's not a matter of updating.": that store's ERP can't do this reading, and there's no point waiting.
- The sentence that starts with "The query exists in the ERP here": the version of the ERP integration installed at the store is older than the one that answers this, and it needs to be updated.
- "This store's ERP doesn't answer that here yet.": one of the two cases above, without saying which. Repeating the question doesn't solve it; talk to your store's administrator.
- The sentence that starts with "Your ERP refused my access for this query": the ERP integration's authorization doesn't cover this reading. It isn't the ERP being down, and repeating doesn't solve it. Tell whoever talks to Vendria at your company.
- "I couldn't query the ERP right now. Try again in a bit?": the ERP didn't answer at that moment. This is the only one where trying again helps.
- The sentences that say "That's our problem" or end with "Call me and we'll take a look.": the defect is Vendria's, not your ERP's, and repeating the question doesn't solve it. Tell whoever talks to Vendria at your company.
- A slice she doesn't know how to make yet: she says she can't slice by that status and lists the ones she has, instead of ignoring the filter and returning the whole portfolio dressed up as an answer.
Who defines your portfolio
Your company's administrator. If a customer of yours doesn't show, it's the assignment that needs adjusting: Dri doesn't assign a customer on her own. For a customer who doesn't exist in the registry yet, you can request the registration in the conversation: Dri notes the request, but it doesn't reach the administrator on its own, so talk to them. See Request the registration of a new customer.
Common questions
Dri said I have 40 customers and the ERP shows 300. Which is right? Both: 40 is the Vendria registry assigned to you; 300 is the ERP portfolio.
What period is the number she answers from? In the portfolio lookup, the answer writes the window used: 90, 180 or 365 days. In the month's numbers, the period is the month.
I asked for the last 30 days and Dri answered 90. Why? In a ranking or in "who bought", she measures 90, 180 or 365 days, uses the window closest to what you asked for and says so in the answer. In "who hasn't bought in 30 days", the cut is exact.
What does "at least" in the count mean? That the reading stopped at a limit (2.000 customers in the lists that sweep the portfolio, 20 in the credit and receivable questions) and the number is a floor. For the exact total, ask "how many customers do I have?". A smaller slice also usually brings the exact count.
Why didn't Dri send the spreadsheet I asked for? Above 2.000 customers she asks for a smaller slice, like a state or a city. The same slice also opens through the link to the ERP portfolio tab, which comes at the end of the answer, but the tab also reads at most 2.000 customers at a time.
Dri said the portfolio lookup isn't available. Is the problem our ERP? No. It isn't the ERP or the registry: the lookup is turned on by Vendria. Ask your store's administrator and, in the meantime, use the Portfolio menu item (or the ERP portfolio tab on the Customers screen).
How do I see my customers' overdue boletos? Ask "who has an overdue receivable?" or "open boletos" for the whole portfolio. Where Dri already answers about a single customer, say their name to see the receivables checked on the spot.
Does Dri send the boleto PDF? Not always. Sending the boleto as a PDF in the conversation isn't turned on for everyone yet; where it isn't, Dri answers "I can't send this store's boleto here yet." and, when she can read them, shows the open receivables. When it's the store's integration that doesn't deliver the boleto, the answer is "I can't send the boleto here yet.", followed by why. Where the ERP delivers the boleto to Vendria, an order's PDF is on screen, on the order's page in the ERP, with View and Download: see The order as it ended up in the ERP. For the details, see Boletos, overdue receivables and the customer's credit through Dri.
Can I see a colleague's portfolio? If you are a company administrator or owner, yes: ask by their name. Sellers and sales reps see only their own.
