Several stores in the same organization: what belongs to each store and what is shared
For the administrator: what is configured in each store and what applies to the whole organization when your company has several stores.

Where to find it
In your account menu, under Company Settings. The page first shows what applies to the whole organization and, at the end, the list of Stores: each store opens its own page when clicked.
What a store is, and what the organization is
The organization is your company in Vendria: the account that brings together people, customers and settings. The store is a sales operation inside it, each with its own catalog and its own prices. A distributor that sells two brands through two channels, or a manufacturer with two sales units, usually has one store for each.
An organization with a single store works the same way; the difference shows up when there are two or more, and that is when it matters to know what belongs to each store.
What belongs to each store
These things are configured and live store by store: changing one doesn't touch the others:
- Catalog: products belong to a store. Importing a spreadsheet or syncing the ERP feeds that store's catalog.
- Price tables: each store has its own, and the default table belongs to the store. They are under Prices, Price tables tab.
- Store rules in Commercial Rules: minimum order value, payment terms and default freight, among others. Whether the store controls stock is under Catalog and exports, Product page tab. The fields that depend on the store carry its name in the title (for example, Minimum Order Value (R$) — Store X).
- Default Discount (%): on the store's page, under Summary.
- ERP connection: each store has its own (or none), and each synced item is enabled store by store.
- Being active or deactivated: deactivating a store doesn't affect the others.
What belongs to the whole organization
These apply to all stores at once:
- Company identity: name, CNPJ, address, phone, email and logo. The store only has its own name; that is why changing the CNPJ or the logo on a store's page changes it for all of them.
- Customers: there is a single customer registry, and it serves all stores.
- Sellers: the registry also belongs to the organization. That is why the number of sellers and customers in the store list is the same on every row.
- Carriers.
- The Company Settings switches: Multi-store cart, Independent orders per store, Companies from different groups in the same order, Pre-sale counts as stock, Default unit when the quantity comes without a unit and Order extraction hints.
⚠️ Taxes are per store: each store has its own switches for where the tax appears (quotes and orders, lists, product page and search), and the quotes one also has a switch per tax. There is no organization-wide switch. A rep agency can decide the tax on quotes credited to it, instead of the store's switches. See Taxes and tax settings.
A purchase with items from several stores
With Multi-store cart on, buyer and seller build a single cart with products from different stores. At checkout, the purchase splits into one order per store, each with its own number and with its store's prices. See Quando um pedido vira vários: a compra multi-loja pelo lado da casa.
With the switch off, each cart stays in a single store.
Which store the screens are showing
Several settings screens work on one store at a time: the store your session is in. ⚠️ Opening a store's page in Company Settings switches your session to that store, without warning. From then on, the parts of Commercial Rules that don't list the stores one by one start answering for it.
In practice: to adjust another store's rules, first open that store's page in the Stores list and then go to Commercial Rules. Check the store name in the titles before saving.
Common questions
I changed the CNPJ on one store and it changed on all of them. That is expected: the CNPJ belongs to the organization. A store has no tax identity of its own in Vendria.
The customer appears in every store. Yes: the customer registry belongs to the organization. What changes from one store to another is the catalog and the price they see.
I created a store and its catalog is empty. A new store is born with no products and no price table. See Create a new store in the organization.
I want a store to stop selling without losing anything. Deactivate it on its page. See A store's page: details, default discount and deactivation.
