Does the confirmed order go to the ERP?
Yes: in a store with sending turned on and an ERP that receives orders, the confirmed order is written to the ERP. See how to tell whether your store sends.

Short answer
Yes. When the store has order submission to the ERP turned on, the order confirmed in Vendria goes straight to the store's ERP, without anyone typing anything again. This exists for stores connected to ERPs that receive orders; which ones they are is in Which ERPs Vendria integrates with. A store connected to TOTVS uses the integration to look up customer data, but the order is not written there; a store without a connected ERP does not send either.
Submission is turned on store by store. Having the ERP connected is not enough: in a store where submission has not been turned on yet, confirming the order writes nothing to the ERP.
How to tell whether your store sends
The quote itself answers, even before confirming. In a store that sends, the quote's status label has two halves: the left one is the document's status and the right one starts with ERP. On a draft it says ERP on confirm; once confirmed, it starts saying where the submission stands. The same label appears in the Quotes list, so you can check without opening anything.
Other signs that the store sends:
- when you click to confirm, the This order will be written to your ERP window opens, and the final button is Confirm and send to ERP;
- once confirmed, the order page shows the Submission status in the ERP strip, with the state of the submission.
In a store that does no sending, none of this appears: the label has a single half, the confirmation asks nothing about the ERP and the order page does not have the Submission status in the ERP strip. In that case the order stays only in Vendria, and taking it to the ERP is up to your team, for example by exporting the quote as a spreadsheet.
The Vendria team only steps in at the last step: to turn on submission in a store that does not have it yet. Ask through your company's administrator; before turning it on, the team checks with you whether the ERP records are ready to receive orders.
What happens when you confirm
Submission goes out with the same click as the confirmation. First Vendria confirms the order; right after, it sends it to the ERP, and the result appears in a notice on screen and is recorded in the Submission status in the ERP strip. An ERP failure never undoes the confirmation: the order stays confirmed in Vendria, and the strip says what happened.
What you see afterwards depends on the ERP:
- In ERPs where the order goes in directly, such as Bling, it goes in right away. The strip says Order imported in the ERP.
- In ERPs where someone accepts the order before it goes in, the order reaches the ERP and waits for acceptance by whoever looks after the ERP at your company. Meanwhile, the strip says Order waiting for import in the ERP. After acceptance, it changes to Order imported in the ERP. If acceptance takes longer than usual, the title becomes Import delayed in the ERP, and it is worth chasing whoever accepts the orders there.
If the ERP does not respond at the moment of the click, the strip says Temporary failure sending to the ERP and Vendria tries again on its own, at intervals ranging from 15 minutes to 4 hours, up to six attempts in total. You do not need to do anything in that case. If all of them fail, the strip changes to ERP submission abandoned and Vendria stops trying: contact Vendria support to resend the order.
The order's number in the ERP appears on the order page, in the Submission status in the ERP strip: in its header and, with the strip open, on the Order no. line. It is the number that billing and the customer recognize. In ERPs that keep this reference there is also, from submission onwards, the Anchor no. line: the reference Vendria wrote on the order and by which whoever operates the ERP finds it there, even before acceptance. When the store's integration follows the order inside the ERP, the number becomes a link: clicking it opens the order as it ended up in the ERP. And, when ALL the orders in the submission are already there and nothing is pending on anyone, the quote page starts showing each order in its own sheet (tab) — the strip shrinks to a single line, and the number, the status, the total and the invoice of each order are in its tab. See The order as it ended up in the ERP.
In some ERPs, an order allocated among branches becomes a separate order per branch in the ERP, and the strip counts how many have already gone in.
When the order does not go out on its own
An order confirmed through the WhatsApp conversation does not go to the ERP on its own. In general the submission goes out from the order page, where you can check everything before writing it. In that case the strip says Order not sent to the ERP yet. To send it, open the Submission status in the ERP strip and use Send to ERP. Whoever cannot send reads the reason in the strip itself.
In some accounts Dri also sends through the conversation. Ask "send it to the ERP": she checks the quote, asks for whatever is missing (such as payment terms or payment method), shows the summary of what will go and only sends after your yes.

Common questions
Does Vendria send the order to my store's ERP? Yes, when your store's ERP receives orders and submission is turned on for the store: the order confirmed in Vendria is written to the ERP. To know whether your store sends, check whether the quote's label has the ERP half (on a draft, ERP on confirm). The ERPs that receive orders are in Which ERPs Vendria integrates with.
Does Vendria integrate the order with the ERP? Yes, in stores connected to an ERP that receives orders and with submission turned on. The confirmed order goes to the ERP with the same click, and the order page shows the submission's state and the order's number in the ERP.
Do I need to type the order into the ERP afterwards? No, if your store sends: the confirmed order already goes to the ERP, and typing it again would create a duplicate order. Only in a store without submission turned on, or with an ERP that does not receive orders yet, does the order need to be taken to the ERP by your team.
I confirmed and the order does not show up in the ERP. What do I do? Open the Submission status in the ERP strip on the order page and read the title. If it is Order sent to the ERP, the order arrived and, in an ERP where someone accepts orders, is waiting for acceptance there. For the other states, see When the confirmed order doesn't get into the ERP.
My store has an ERP connected, but the confirmation said nothing about the ERP. Why? For one of two reasons. Your store's ERP may be one that Vendria only looks up, without writing orders, such as TOTVS. Or the ERP receives orders, but submission has not been turned on for your store yet: the connection may already bring stock and customer data, and writing orders to the ERP is turned on separately. In that case, ask through your company's administrator.
If I cancel the order in Vendria, does it leave the ERP? It depends on whether it has already gone in there. While the order is only waiting for import in the ERP (the strip says Order waiting for import in the ERP or Import delayed in the ERP), canceling in Vendria also removes it from the ERP's queue. If that removal does not work, the cancellation does not happen and the screen says why. Once imported, the order exists in the ERP, and canceling in Vendria does not undo it there: cancel it inside the ERP as well, with the number shown in the Submission status in the ERP strip. That is why the confirmation window asks you to check quantities, prices and customer before sending. See Cancel an order or reject a quote.
I'm a seller at a rep agency and confirmation is locked. Why? In some rep agencies, ERP submission does not go out through the seller. Since confirming writes to the ERP, the screen explains the reason and the Partner or the Administrative of your company confirms for you. The order stays as it is.
