My Team: who is on your rep agency's team

Who is on the rep agency's team, the Partner, Administrative and Seller roles, and who adds, confirms and removes members.

For: Rep agency team

Updated on 2026-10-21

Where to find it

In your account menu, under My Team. The item shows for members of a rep agency company. At the top is the rep agency's name; whoever belongs to more than one chooses which in the selector next to the title.

Right below, "Team members serve:" lists the organizations the rep agency has an active contract with.

Who sees and who manages the team

Every member sees the page; the Partner manages it and, when they allow it, the Administrative. The Team management permission, in Permissions, belongs only to the Partner and starts turned on: the Administrative adds, edits, invites, changes the password of and removes Administratives and Sellers. They don't touch a Partner's row, don't promote anyone to Partner and don't change the main contact. On the Partner's row they don't see the Actions menu, and their role selector doesn't offer Partner.

Whoever doesn't manage sees the team in read mode, with the sentence "Team managed by the Partners" (and the name, when there is only one). The roles show as badges, without the editing controls. That's the case for the Seller and, with Team management turned off, also for the Administrative.

A company can have several Partners. The system doesn't let the team be left without any.

The rep agency's three roles

  • Partner: works on any member's quotes and is the one who takes care of the team's people.
  • Administrative: also works on any member's quotes. With the Team management permission on (the default), takes care of the people below the Partner: adds, edits and removes Administratives and Sellers. With it off, they don't touch anyone. Like the Partner, they answer for the AI credits contract, and that's the whole Subscription and billing section: they get the usage notices, see the plans, subscribe, change plans, edit the invoice details, change the card and can cancel the subscription.
  • Seller: works on their own quotes. Orders that reach the company without an owner stay with the Partner and the Administrative, unless the Partner opens the queue to the whole team. See Permissions: what the rep agency's team can do.

The customer plays no part in separating the roles: the company's portfolio is shared, and every member reaches the rep agency's customers. The roles' axis is the quotes.

Whoever comes in through New Member is born a Seller; the Partner changes the role later (the Administrative too, with Team management on, between Administrative and Seller).

The team list

Each member shows with Name, Role, Email, WhatsApp and Access. The search accepts Name, email or phone.

The Access column says where each person's account stands:

  • Confirmation not sent: nobody has requested the account confirmation yet;
  • Awaiting confirmation: the request went out, with how many days ago;
  • Confirmed on dd/mm: the person confirmed the account;
  • Own account — signs in with the login they already have: there is no confirmation to request;
  • No contact: email and phone are missing; edit the member;
  • Disabled: the account is disabled;
  • Confirmation disputed: resending doesn't fix it; Vendria support is the one who releases it.

The star is the main contact, not a role

The star next to a name marks the main contact: it's who the organizations look for and who gets the notices about team changes. There is only one per company and it grants no power at all.

Mixing up the two is the common mistake: taking the star away from someone doesn't demote them, and giving it to someone doesn't promote them. Transferring it doesn't take management away from whoever transferred it.

How the Partner manages the team

  • New Member: asks for Name, Email and Phone (WhatsApp); email or phone is required. The organizations served are notified of the addition. The person comes in as a Seller; for another role, change it later in the Role column.
  • Role: the Partner changes the role right in the column, and each option explains what that role reaches.
  • Actions, on each row:
  • Confirm account (or Resend confirmation) By email: sends the account confirmation request. Resending invalidates the previous code;
  • Edit details: name, email and phone;
  • Change password: sets a new password for the person, with at least 6 characters;
  • Make main contact: moves the star to that person;
  • Remove from team: removes the person's access to the organizations; their account keeps existing.

Registered them with a phone? Give the person Dri's contact. With the phone registered they can already talk to Dri on WhatsApp, and they sign in to the site by entering the phone on the sign-in screen, without a password. See Primeiro acesso: como entra quem você cadastrou.

The company account confirmation

While no Partner has confirmed the account, a warning says "This company's account hasn't been confirmed yet": for Vendria, the rep agency hasn't been handed over to you yet, and the organization that registered it can keep changing the members. The confirmation goes by email, and the Partner themselves opens the link.

Once confirmed, the page says "Company account confirmed. Team management is yours.".

If you already sign in to Vendria with your own login and are a Partner, there is no invite to wait for: the page shows Take over the rep agency, and one click hands team management to you.

No active contract

When the rep agency has no active contract with any organization, the My Team page warns you. The team is still listed and can be organized, but nobody accesses any organization until a contract is activated.

The rep agency's AI credits

My Team is team management: who is on it, each one's role and access. The balance and usage of the rep agency's AI credits are on the Plans and usage page, in the top bar, Plan usage tab. There the partner and the administrative also open each member's usage, by clicking their name under By member. See AI credits: how much each action costs and how much was used.

When it goes wrong

  • "This person is the rep agency's only Partner." Promote another Partner before changing their role.
  • "You can't remove yourself from the team." Ask the organization: it's the one that reallocates the portfolio of whoever leaves.
  • "This member serves N customer(s)." Whoever has a portfolio only leaves after the organization transfers the customers.
  • "Remove" doesn't show for someone. They are the main contact: transfer the star to another person first.
  • "Change password" doesn't show. The person has their own account; the password is theirs.
  • Resending the confirmation asks you to wait. There is a minimum interval between two sends to the same person; try again in a few minutes.
  • The confirmation doesn't arrive. It goes only by email; with no email registered, edit the member and register one.
  • The page closed on its own. You left the team, or the rep agency was disabled, while the screen was open.
