Summary
Whoever works at a rep agency finds the team settings in their account menu, at the top right: My Team, Permissions, Catalog and exports, Commercial Rules and Usage metrics; the rep agency's plan is in Plans and usage, on the top bar. What each person can change depends on their role in the rep agency: Partner, Administrative or Seller. In general the partner changes everything, the administrative staff handles the day to day and the seller reads.

Whoever can see but not change finds the page in read-only mode, with a notice saying who changes it.
My Team
It is the list of the rep agency's people, with each one's role. The partner adds new people (in New Member), changes roles and removes someone. With the Team management switch on, which is how it starts, the administrative staff does the same with administrative staff and sellers, but does not touch partners or change the main contact. Whoever is added with their phone number already talks to Dri on WhatsApp and logs in to the site with their phone. See My Team: who is on your rep agency's team.
Permissions
These are the switches that say what the team can do. Every member reads them; the partner changes them, and so does the administrative staff, while the Permissions by Administrative switch is on (which is how it starts), on the sellers' switches. That switch and Team management only the partner changes. See Permissions: what the rep agency's team can do.
Catalog and exports
Sets how the product list file the rep agency sends to customers comes out, and the PDF and Excel of the quotes credited to it. The partner and the administrative staff change it; the others see it in read-only mode. When the partner turns on the Own templates switch in Permissions, the page gets at the end the Your templates section, where each person, the seller included, builds and chooses their own list templates and their own estimate. See Catalog and exports: how your rep agency's file comes out.
Taxes, Commercial Rules and identity
They apply to the quotes credited to the rep agency, arranged as at the supplier:
- Taxes: on the first tab of Catalog and exports, whether the rep agency shows taxes, and which ones. It applies to quotes, lists, the team's catalog and the catalog of the customers it serves. When it changes, the tax on the open quotes credited to the rep agency is redone right away; the one that was with the customer and had its total changed goes back to review and has to be resent;
- Commercial Rules: its own screen, with the payment condition and method, the freight and the delivery lead time a new quote starts with;
- Identity on documents: on the Estimates and orders tab, the logo and the contact that go on the PDF, in the Sales representative block.
The partner and the administrative staff change them; the others see them in read-only mode. See Taxes, Commercial Rules and the rep agency's identity.
Usage metrics and Plans
Usage metrics shows estimates, confirmed orders and who did each thing. It only shows up for the partner and the administrative staff. See Usage metrics: your rep agency's numbers.
Plans and usage shows the rep agency's plan usage on the Plan usage tab, the plan on the Plans tab and the guide to what counts toward it, and any member can see it. See AI credits: how much each action costs and how much was used.
What the rep agency does not set up
Price, maximum discount, catalog and what the store locks belong to the supplier company the rep agency serves. Their administrator is the one who changes them. Need a different rule? Talk to your contact at the supplier.
