Usage metrics: your rep agency's numbers

For the Partner and Administrative staff of a rep agency: Usage metrics shows the team's actions, the path from service to the ERP and who acted, by supplier.

For: Rep agency team

Updated on 2026-10-23

Where to find it

In the top bar, under Usage metrics (formerly the Team Dashboard), and also in your account menu, with the same name. On a phone, tap Menu in the bottom bar: the entry is in the drawer that opens.

The entry only appears for people who are a Partner or Administrative at a rep agency company. The rep agency's Seller does not have the item in the menu. Whoever opens the address without one of those two roles sees Dashboard unavailable, with the notice that the page is exclusive to partners and administrative staff of rep agency companies.

What Usage metrics is for

The page shows how much your rep agency's team is working in Vendria with a supplier: how many actions, how many conversations, how many quotes, how many confirmed orders, who on the team did each thing and what Dri carried out at each person's request.

It measures use of the tool, not revenue. A quote created counts even if it never becomes a sale. The real amounts in the funnel and in the Funnel volume (R$) chart are the total of the documents at each stage, not closed sales. To follow how a sale is going, the place is the Quotes list.

Choose the supplier and the rep agency company

The Usage metrics numbers are always for one supplier at a time. At the top of the screen there is a picker with the suppliers that have an active mandate with your rep agency; it opens on the first in the list, in alphabetical order. Changing the supplier redoes the whole screen.

There is no "all suppliers" option. Adding up different brands would give a number that is useless for comparing anything, so the screen does not offer the sum.

If you are a Partner or Administrative at more than one rep agency company, a second picker appears first, to choose the company. Changing the company sets the supplier back to the first on its list. Only the rep agencies where your role is Partner or Administrative go into this picker; the one where you are a Seller does not appear.

What goes into the team's numbers

The page counts what the people on your team did, and only within what the mandate covers:

  • who counts: all active members of the rep agency, Partners and Administrative staff included. Whoever left the team stops counting, and that also applies to past periods;
  • where it counts: only the supplier's stores that the rep agency's mandate covers. Team activity in another store of the same supplier is left out;
  • what counts: the act of a person on the team. A quote counts for whoever created it, the confirmation for whoever confirmed it and the ERP submission for whoever sent it. An order the supplier's internal team typed on behalf of the rep agency does not count as a team quote; and an order the customer confirmed through the link does not count as a team confirmation.

⚠️ That is why the dashboard may show fewer orders than the rep agency sold in the period. It answers "how much the team used Vendria", and a sale that came in through other hands is not team usage.

The period filter

The period picker is at the top, next to the supplier. The options are Today, Yesterday, the last 7, 28 or 90 days, and the six most recent months, one at a time. A period stands alone: you cannot combine a month with a window of days.

Each tab keeps its own period. The Dashboard tab opens on the last 28 days; the Trend tab opens on the last 90 days, grouped by month. Changing the period on one tab does not affect the other.

The Dashboard tab: three numbers, and the funnel at the end

On the Dashboard tab, the In the period block opens with three cards. Actions is the main number. It counts, for the team, everything the Actions screen lists: what Dri did in conversations, ERP submissions from the screen, imports made from the import screen (one that came through a conversation counts within the conversation), estimate sends and order notices that went out on WhatsApp. The card shows the change and in N conversations with an action; the breakdown by type is in the table just below. Active people says how many team members acted, out of M members. Volume in orders confirmed in the ERP, highlighted, is the value of the orders the team sent that got into the supplier's ERP.

The last item on the tab is the Funnel · from first contact to the ERP funnel, from top to bottom, in four stages:

  • Conversations: WhatsApp conversations with Dri on behalf of someone on the team, including those the customer started;
  • Quotes: quotes someone on the team created, drafts included;
  • Confirmed orders: documents someone on the team confirmed. The same order confirmed twice counts once;
  • Orders in the ERP: orders someone on the team sent that got into the supplier's ERP. The stage says no ERP connected when the mandate's stores are not connected to an ERP: in that case the zero is not a lack of work.

Each stage shows how many people acted and, on the document ones, the amount in reais. Between stages comes the ratio to the previous one ("58% relative to conversations"), which can go over 100%: each stage counts what happened in the period; it does not follow the same orders.

Below each number comes the change against the previous period of the same length: a month against the previous month, and Today against yesterday up to the same time. "new" means it was zero before; "—" means zero in both.

The Dashboard tab: what was done and who on the team acted

Below the block, the Actions · by type table lists each type of action that happened in the period, one per row, with Times (how many times it happened) and Conversations (in how many different conversations; — for actions that do not happen in a conversation). Its total is the number on the Actions card. Dri's actions without a short name on the dashboard (such as Search, Order and List) appear with the name from the Guide tab of the Plans and usage page, and a Dri action the Guide does not know goes into Other. The Guide tab is for whoever administers the organization or belongs to a rep agency; an organization seller who is not an administrator sees only the summary.

In the Top members section there is a single table, with the actions and usage of each team Person on the same row, sorted by actions:

  • the Actions group: Total, Search, Order, List, Import, Sending, ERP and Other. The ERP column adds up ERP submissions from the screen and through Dri;
  • the Usage group: Conversations, Quotes and Confirmed. The Conversations column here counts only the conversations the seller opened themselves, which is why it does not match the funnel: the note below the table explains this.

Whoever only imported a spreadsheet or only sent an estimate also appears in the table. When the team is large, it shows the first rows and says how many people were left off the list.

The Trend tab

The Trend tab plots the same numbers over time: first Actions, then active users, conversations, quotes created, confirmed orders and ERP submissions, then the Volume in orders confirmed in the ERP (R$), with its own scale, and finally the Funnel volume (R$). The i next to each chart's title explains what a point counts. The granularity is chosen inside the tab, in Day, Week or Month.

  • With a window of days at Month granularity, the screen warns The first and last month of the window are incomplete.: the drop at the ends comes from the calendar, not from the team.
  • With Today or Yesterday, the curve becomes a single point, and the granularity picker gives way to the notice One-day period — the trend has a single point.

The team habit block

Below the charts on the Trend tab, the habit block answers what kind of usage the team has in the period chosen on that tab (the block's title says which). It follows the Trend period, which is chosen separately from the Dashboard tab's.

  • MAU and WAU: how many people on the team did something in the last 28 and the last 7 days of the period, with the curve of both across it. WAU close to MAU means weekly use.
  • Intensity: actions per week: one line per band, with how many people on the team did 10 or more, 3 to 9, or 1 to 2 actions in the 7 days up to each point.
  • Retention by cohort: one curve per arrival group (those who had their first action in that month). The bottom axis counts the months since arrival, and the point is how many in the group acted in that month. The thickest line is the average of the groups, weighted by the size of each, only with months already closed. A curve that flattens is people who stayed; a curve that drops to zero is people who passed through. Groups with fewer than 3 people come out lighter, and hovering shows the N of M.
  • Cohorts by month: the same groups in a table, one row per month of each person's first action, in the six months ending at the end of the period, and one column per month after arrival. The cell says how many in that group acted in the month (2 of 5, with the percentage next to it). A month only appears once closed, except the arrival month, which gets \* while it is in progress; the dash is a month that has not arrived yet.
  • Intensity compares weeks: with a single day, the screen warns that the period has a single point. Cohorts do not depend on this and appear in any period.

The actions here are those of the Actions card on the Dashboard tab, credited to each person on the team. The order notice is automatic and does not count for anyone.

The rep agency's plan

The plan and plan usage in the billing period are not here: they are on the Plans and usage page, in the top bar, on the Plan usage tab. See AI credits: how much each action costs and how much was used.

When the page appears empty or with an error

  • No supplier: your rep agency has no active mandate with any organization. There is nothing to measure until a supplier activates the mandate.
  • Could not load the numbers: the server did not respond. The screen puts this notice in place of the numbers instead of zeros, which would read as an idle team. Reload before concluding anything.
  • Nobody on the team acted in this period. or No actions in this period.: the period is empty. Widen the period before assuming it is an error.
  • ⚠️ The Trend tab keeps loading and never finishes: go back to the Dashboard tab. When the rep agency has no supplier with a mandate, or the list of suppliers did not load, the notice only appears on the Dashboard tab; the Trend tab stays loading.

Common questions

  • I'm a Seller at the rep agency and I don't see Usage metrics. That is expected: the page is for the Partner and Administrative. Roles are set by the Partner (or the Administrative, with Team management turned on), in My Team. See My Team: who is on your rep agency's team.
  • A colleague made a sale and it does not show up. Check whether the order is from a store the mandate covers and whether they were the one who created or confirmed the document in Vendria.
  • The number changed for a month that had already passed. Someone left the team: that person's activity stops counting in every period.
