Where to find it

At /login. If you are already signed in, the page takes you straight to your home screen: there's no need to sign in again.

How you sign in

The main way is through WhatsApp. You enter your phone number with the area code and tap Send link via WhatsApp. Two things arrive in your conversation: a six-digit code and a link. Type the code on the screen or tap the link: both work.

Already talking to Dri on WhatsApp? Ask "send me an access link" and she replies right there with a new link, without you needing to open the sign-in screen.

If you prefer, there is Sign in with email and password. On that screen there is Forgot my password to recover access.

If you buy from more than one of the supplier's stores, you also sign in directly: there is no choosing step at sign-in. Inside the site, the Catalog and Quotes show the stores together, and the All Suppliers selector leaves just one in view when you want.

The links Dri sends in the conversation to open a screen, such as See product, the quote link or the catalog link, already sign you in to your account: one tap and you are on the right screen, without typing anything. The exception is the link at the end of a help answer, explained further below.

When it goes wrong

"Link expired or already used": each link works only once. Ask for another on the same screen, ask Dri "send me an access link" or sign in with email and password. If the link came from Dri, the section about Dri's link, further below, explains what to do.

"Code expired. Request a new one": the code has a short life. Use Resend code; the button becomes available after a few seconds, and the wait grows with each new request.

"Invalid code": check the six digits. The screen clears the fields so you can try again.

"Too many attempts. Wait a few minutes": there were too many attempts in a short time. Wait and repeat.

Nothing arrives on WhatsApp: the message is only sent if the number is already registered. Check that you typed the right phone number; if it's right, whoever registered you needs to check the number on your record.

I used to sign in with the username and password the seller sent and lost access: you no longer depend on that password. On the sign-in screen, enter your phone number and tap Send link via WhatsApp; the code and the link arrive on the WhatsApp registered in your account. If you'd rather keep using a password, tap Sign in with email and password and then Forgot my password: enter your email and a link to create a new password arrives by email. That path only works if your account has an email registered; if it doesn't, use your phone.

"You don't have access to this company" or "User not found": the account hasn't been released yet. Talk to whoever administers your company's account.

Don't have an account yet? The screen itself offers to join the waiting list.

The link Dri sent no longer opens

Dri's links that sign you in to your account, like See product and the link to the quote she puts together, work only once and expire about half an hour after being sent. The link to a product photo expires sooner than that.

The link to a proposal sent by the supplier is a different case: it opens only the proposal, doesn't sign you in to your account and is valid until the proposal's validity. See Review the supplier's proposal, and how to accept, ask for a change or decline.

What happens when you tap an expired or already used link:

  • If that browser is already signed in to your account, the link still takes you to the screen. Tapping the same link again, on the same phone, usually works.
  • If it isn't, the sign-in screen opens with the expired link notice. Enter your phone number and tap Send link via WhatsApp. When you sign in with the new code, you go back to the same screen the link opened, for example the same quote.

Asking Dri again, in the conversation, for what you wanted to open (the product, the quote) usually brings a new link. To just sign in to the account, ask "send me an access link".

Changed your password? The links that arrived before the change stop working, even within the half hour. See My account and password.

The link that appears at the end of one of Dri's help answers, after Open:, is different: it takes you to the screen, but doesn't sign you in. If you aren't signed in, it lands on the sign-in screen, and from there on it's the same path through your phone.

Common questions

My access link expired. Do I need to ask my seller for a new one? No. You ask for it yourself on the sign-in screen, with your phone number, and the link arrives on the registered WhatsApp. You can also ask Dri again, in the conversation, for what you wanted to open.

I used to sign in with a username and password and lost access. What do I do? Sign in with your phone: tap Send link via WhatsApp and use the code or the link that arrives. To go back to using a password, go to Sign in with email and password and then Forgot my password, which sends a link to your email.

Without access to the site, can I send my order? Yes. Send the list, the photo or the PDF of the order to Dri on WhatsApp, and she puts together the quote. See Order through Dri on WhatsApp.

How long is the link Dri sends valid? The one that signs you in is valid for about half an hour, and only once. The one for a supplier's proposal is valid until the proposal's validity. Expired? Ask Dri again or sign in through the sign-in screen with your phone.

The code doesn't arrive. What do I check? Whether the phone number you typed is the same as the one on your account. The code only goes out to a registered number, and the screen doesn't confirm whether the number is registered: it answers the same way in both cases. If the number is right and nothing arrives, ask whoever registered you to check the phone on your record.
