My Company: the buying company's registration data
For the buyer: what appears in My Company, with registration data, commercial terms and the assigned seller, and how to ask for a correction.

Where to find it
In your account menu, under My Company. It's the page where you check your company's registration with the supplier: who you are to them, the terms they have on record and who serves you.
The entry exists only for buyers. Sellers and sales reps don't have it in the menu; those who serve customers read this guide to know what the customer sees there.
What appears in My Company
The page is called My Company, with the subtitle "Information about your buying company.", and it is read-only. There are up to five blocks:
- Company Details: Trade Name, Legal Name, CNPJ (or CPF, when the purchase is by an individual), State registration and, when it exists, the External Code (your company's code in the supplier's ERP);
- Contact: Phone, Email and Invoice (NF-e) email;
- Address: on a single line: street and number, complement, neighborhood, city and state, ZIP code;
- Commercial Terms: Payment Terms, Payment Method, Freight Type and Default Discount;
- Responsible Seller: who serves your company.
An empty field appears as a dash. Contact, Address, Commercial Terms and Assigned Seller disappear entirely when there is nothing to show in them.
The Default Discount in My Company and the quote price
The Default Discount shown here is the discount on your registration that applies in all of the supplier's stores.
⚠️ A store may have its own terms for your company, and the price of a specific price table also counts. That's why the number in My Company may not match the discount that appears on a quote, and, when the two differ, the one that applies is the quote's. When in doubt, ask your seller to show how the line's price was formed. See Como o preço de uma linha da cotação é formado.
How the customer finds out who serves them
The Responsible Seller block answers "who do I talk to":
- when a person serves your company, their Name and Phone appear, as they are in their user registration (with no name registered, the email appears);
- when a rep agency serves your company, rather than a specific person, Who serves appears, with the rep agency's name, and Contact, saying the contact is through WhatsApp or through the Vendria site itself;
- with neither, the block doesn't appear.
Of the rep agency only the trade name appears, never the legal name or the CNPJ.
If you serve customers: the name and phone the customer sees here are the ones from your user registration. A wrong phone in your registration is the wrong number the customer will see.
The data can't be edited through My Company
The page has no save button and no editable field, and that's on purpose: the registration belongs to the supplier and is the same in all their stores. If it could be changed from here, each side would end up seeing a different version of the same company.
Saw something wrong? Ask your seller for the correction. On the supplier's side, whoever administers the company corrects the record, and what comes from the ERP is corrected in the ERP itself. See A ficha de um cliente.
When My Company goes wrong
- "No buying company associated.": your login isn't linked yet to a buying company of this supplier. It's registration work on their side: ask your seller. (Whoever signs in with a seller login and opens
/minha-empresasees this same message, because their user doesn't belong to a buying company.) - "Error loading. Try again.": the response didn't arrive. The Try again button repeats the query; this message never means the company doesn't exist.
- The Assigned Seller block doesn't appear. Your company's registration has no seller and no rep agency assigned.
