1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the services of VENDRIA CRM LTDA ("Vendria", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of the Service

Vendria offers a CRM platform with artificial intelligence for customer relationship management, including:

  • Customer service automation via WhatsApp
  • Lead and sales management
  • Integration with messaging platforms
  • Performance analytics and reports
  • Artificial intelligence tools for B2B sales

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
  • Represent a legally incorporated company (for business accounts)
  • Provide true and accurate information when registering

4. Registration and Account

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Keeping your access credentials confidential
  • All activities carried out in your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Keeping your registration information up to date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages or abusive content
  • Collect information from other users without consent
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform
  • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
  • Pursue illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties

6. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms, including:

  • WhatsApp Business API: Subject to the WhatsApp Terms of Service and Meta policies
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Subject to Meta's Terms of Service and Policies
  • Other integrations as made available

Use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of the respective platforms. You are responsible for complying with those additional terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Vendria platform, including software, design, trademarks and content, belong to VENDRIA CRM LTDA or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights over these materials.

8. Data and Privacy

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

9. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice
  • Payment is due according to the terms of the chosen plan
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of the service
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vendria will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or failures beyond our control
  • Actions of third parties or external integrations

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vendria harmless from any claim, damage or expense arising from your use of the services, breach of these terms or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without cause, upon notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the platform settings.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through the platform. Continued use of the services after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo, SP, are elected to settle any disputes arising from these terms.
