Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and Meta's policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored on our platform.

Data that will be deleted

  • Registration information (name, email, phone number)
  • Company data (name, number of employees)
  • History of interactions with the platform
  • WhatsApp conversation data (if applicable)

How to request

To request the deletion of your data, send an email to contato@vendria.com.br with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email registered on the platform
  • WhatsApp number (if applicable)
  • Reason for the request (optional)

Processing time

After receiving your request, we will process the deletion within 30 business days and send a confirmation to the email provided.
