# Customer order spreadsheets: the spreadsheet from another system that Dri fills in

> For the administrator: what the customer order spreadsheet is, why it can no longer be registered through the screen and how the ones the store already had come out.

## Where to find it

It is no longer anywhere on screen. The **Customer order
spreadsheets** card, where the template used to be registered, left the **Catalog and exports** screen on
17/10/2026: Vendria stopped using this way of building a file. There is nowhere to
register a new spreadsheet, change the column mapping or remove one.

The spreadsheets a store had already registered still come out, the way described
below. For a file in another system's layout, today's path is an export
template: see [Order and quote export templates: default, custom and shortcuts ★](/en/ajuda/modelos-de-exportacao-de-pedidos).

## What a customer order spreadsheet is

A customer order spreadsheet is an **Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) from another
system** (for example, the item import spreadsheet of your sales force
system) that Vendria knows how to fill in with an order's items: its
**same header**, one row per item, ready to import into the other
system.

It is an **output** format: it is the spreadsheet that leaves Vendria with the items. It
does not import orders into Vendria. To build a quote from the customer's
spreadsheet or PDF, just send the file to Dri; see
[Cotação a partir de foto, PDF ou planilha no WhatsApp](/ajuda/cotacao-por-foto-pdf-e-planilha).

⚠️ Don't confuse it with the **Estimate and order templates** (under **Catalog and
exports**). The export template defines how Vendria's file comes out; the
order template reproduces the layout of a spreadsheet that **already exists** outside it.

## How the spreadsheets the store already had come out

The spreadsheets belong to the **store** where they were registered, and Dri only uses those of the order's
store. In a store that has a spreadsheet, the seller reaches it in three ways:

- **Through the Export button, on WhatsApp**: after tapping **Export** and
choosing **Excel**, Dri asks *"Which format do you want to use?"*, with
**Vendria Default** and the name of each spreadsheet. With up to three options they come as
buttons; with more, the seller replies with the option number. **Vendria Default** comes out
in the default Excel template from the **Catalog and exports** screen. In a store with no
template, the spreadsheet comes out straight in the default, with no question.
- **Asking in words**: the seller says the template name
(*"generate the spreadsheet in the SuasVendas template"*). Asking this way delivers only the
file; tapping **Export** does more things, described in [Exportar a cotação em Excel ou PDF pelo WhatsApp](/ajuda/exportar-cotacao-pelo-whatsapp).
- **On the order screen**: each spreadsheet appears in the order's **Export** menu
as **Excel (spreadsheet name)**, under **Download file**.

The spreadsheet applies only to **Excel**. For **PDF** Dri doesn't ask for a format: the
file comes out straight in the default PDF template.

In a purchase with more than one store, the question doesn't appear. Each store comes out without
asking: in its spreadsheet, when it has only one, and in Vendria Default, when
it has several. To guarantee a spreadsheet in a purchase like that, the seller says its
name in the request.

## When it goes wrong

- **I'm looking for the card to register a spreadsheet and can't find it**: it left the screen.
Build an export template with the columns the other system expects, under
**Catalog and exports**, **Estimates and orders** tab.
- **Dri said she didn't find the template**: the name given doesn't match a
template of the order's store. Ask again using the name that appears in the order's
**Export** menu, or tap **Export**, choose **Excel** and pick
  the spreadsheet by its button.
- **The spreadsheet came out with an empty column**: that column wasn't mapped when
the spreadsheet was registered, or the order doesn't have that data.
- **The spreadsheet came out in Vendria's layout, not the customer's**: the seller didn't
say the spreadsheet name, or chose **Vendria Default** in the format
question. In an order with more than one store, Dri doesn't ask, and the store that has
several spreadsheets comes out in Vendria Default when the seller doesn't name
  one.

## Common questions

**Can I still register a new spreadsheet?** No. Registration left the screen on
17/10/2026. For your own layout, create an export template.

**What is Vendria Default?** It is the default Excel template you configure on the
**Catalog and exports** screen, the same one used for the download from the screen without choosing a template.
In a quote credited to a rep agency that customized its own Excel, its
template comes out.

**Is the customer order spreadsheet for importing orders into Vendria?** No.
It is the format of the spreadsheet that LEAVES Vendria. To build a quote from
the customer's spreadsheet, the seller sends the file to Dri.
