> For the administrator: the Users screen, with the tabs per role, the ERP link filter, the columns and what each action in the person's menu does.

## Where to find it

In your account menu, under **Users**. The screen lists everyone who has access to
your company: team, your customers' buyers and members of
rep agencies with an active mandate.

## The tabs on the Users screen

The tabs separate people by role, and the number next to each one is how many
people have that role:

- **All**: the whole list, with the **Roles** column showing each person's
  roles.
- **Owners** and **Company Admin**: who administers the whole company.
- **Store Admin**: who administers only some stores.
- **Sellers**: with the **Seller code** column and the type label
  (Sales rep or Internal).
- **Sales reps**: members of rep agencies with an active mandate, with the
**Sales rep** column saying which one. This tab has no create button:
a rep agency member is added on the rep agency's profile.
- **Buyers**: with the **Customer** column, which says which customer the person
  buys for.

The same person appears in more than one tab when they have more than one role.

## Search and filter by the ERP link

The search (**Search by name, email or phone...**) looks inside the open
tab and the chosen filter, not in the whole list.

Next to it, the **All / Linked / Unlinked** filter separates who has an
ERP account linked to their record. It is an axis separate from the tabs: you can
combine, for example, the **Sellers** tab with **Unlinked** to find the
sellers who don't have an ERP login linked yet. Rep agency members don't
show up in **Unlinked**, because their access isn't linked here.

## The list columns

- **WhatsApp**: the phone and, when there is one, the person's WhatsApp account.
- **Stores**: the stores the person has access to.
- **ERP account** (**All** tab): the ERP login linked to the person, "N accounts"
when there is more than one, or **Link** when there is none.
- **ERP seller code** (**All** tab): the seller codes in the ERP, which
count for commission and portfolio. Don't confuse them with the access login in the previous
  column.
- **Status**: **Active** or **Inactive**. Whoever is inactive stays on the list,
  faded.

Clicking a row opens the person's profile. For a rep agency member who has no
other role, the click takes you to the **rep agency** profile, because that is where
this access is managed.

## The ⋯ menu on each row

- **Edit**: quick editing of name, contact and profiles, without leaving the list.
- **Impersonate**: buyers only: opens a new tab already signed in as that
person, so you see the catalog and the cart exactly as they see it.
- **Change Password**: sets a new password, with confirmation.
- **Deactivate** / **Activate**: cuts off or restores access.
- **Remove**: takes away the person's access (see below what this actually does).

For a rep agency member with no other role, the menu only has **View
sales rep**.

⚠️ **Impersonate is not a read-only mode.** Whatever you do in the open tab (put
items in the cart, save a quote, send an order) counts for real, on
the buyer's behalf. The session lasts a few minutes.

What each action does to the person's access and documents is in
[Deactivate, remove or change a user's password](/en/ajuda/desativar-remover-e-trocar-senha).

## The create buttons

Each tab has its own button (**New User**, **New owner**, **New Company
Admin**, **New Admin**, **New Seller**, **New Buyer**), which opens the
registration with the role already chosen. Next to it is **Add existing**, for
someone who already has a Vendria account. See [Register a user and grant access](/en/ajuda/cadastrar-usuario-e-dar-acesso).

## When it goes wrong

**"No users found."**: check the tab and the link filter: all three
combine with the search.

**"This user is no longer on this company's list."**: the link that brought
you here points to someone who left the company or lost the role.

**"This account has its own access to the platform..."** when impersonating: the person
is also on the team of some company, and can't be impersonated as
a buyer.

**I'm a Store Admin and can't find a buyer**: the Store Admin's list shows only those
linked to their stores. Buyers are on the customer profile, under
**Customers**.
