# Who can change Company Settings

> For the administrator: what the Owner, the Company administrator and the Store administrator can do in Company Settings.

## Where to find it

The **Company Settings** entry appears in your account menu for anyone who is a
**Company owner**, **Company administrator** or **Store
administrator**. Sellers and buyers don't see it. But what each one can do
inside it is quite different, and that's what this article covers.

## Summary by role

| what | Company owner | Company administrator | Store administrator |
|---|---|---|---|
| **Company Details** and the organization's switches | yes | yes | yes ⚠️ |
| **Stores** list and **Deactivated Stores** | yes | yes | doesn't appear |
| **New store** | yes | yes | rejected |
| A store's page (details, discount, deactivate) | yes | yes | "Store not found." |
| **Store admins** | yes | yes | rejected |
| **ERP Integration** (connect the ERP) | yes | doesn't appear | doesn't appear |

## Company owner

Does everything that exists in **Company Settings**, and is the **only** one who sees the
**ERP Integration** card, where each store's ERP is connected, edited and turned off
(see [Connect a store's ERP](/en/ajuda/conectar-o-erp-de-uma-loja)). Connecting the ERP is restricted because, from
then on, Vendria starts reading from (and later writing to) the company's
management system.

## Company administrator

Does everything except **ERP Integration**: edits the **Company Details**, turns
the organization's switches on and off, creates stores, opens each store's page, changes the
**Default Discount (%)**, deactivates and reactivates stores and manages the **Store admins**.

If you need to change something in the ERP, ask the Company owner.

## Store administrator

The store administrator manages the stores that were assigned to them in
**Users**. In **Company Settings**:

- **doesn't see the Stores list** or the **Deactivated Stores**: the two sections
  simply don't appear;
- **New store** appears, but is rejected with **"You are not an administrator of this
  organization"**;
- opening the address of a store's page shows **"Store not found."**: it's
  a lack of permission, not a nonexistent store;
- the **Store admins** screen shows **"Error loading data."**.

⚠️ **But they can save the Company Details and the organization's switches.**
The company's name, CNPJ, address and contact, **Multi-store cart**, **Independent
orders per store**, **Companies from different groups in the same order**,
**Pre-sale counts as stock**, **Default unit when the quantity comes without a
unit** and **Order extraction tips** sit at the top of the same page, and the
store administrator can change them, and these settings apply to **all
stores**, not just theirs. If in your company this should be management's decision,
agree on it with whoever is a store administrator or reserve that role for someone who can
decide.

## How to grant or remove these roles

Roles are granted in **Users** (see [Register a user and grant access](/en/ajuda/cadastrar-usuario-e-dar-acesso)). Only the
Company owner grants company-level roles.

The **Store admins** screen is a shortcut for a specific store: it lists who is an
administrator of that store and lets you add or remove them (see [Store Admins: who administers a specific store](/en/ajuda/admins-de-uma-loja)).

## Common questions

**I'm an administrator and I don't see ERP Integration.** It belongs only to the Company
owner. It may also be unavailable for your whole company; in that case,
not even the owner sees it, and the connection is done by the Vendria team.

**A store administrator changed a switch and it affected every store.** The switches
at the top of **Company Settings** belong to the organization. A store
administrator can change them.

**I'm a store administrator and the page says "Store not found."** A store's page
belongs to the owner and the company administrators. Ask one of them.

**Can a seller see the settings?** No. The **Company
Settings** entry doesn't even appear in the menu of someone who is only a seller.
