# The Dashboard: how much the team is using Vendria

> For sellers: what the Dashboard shows, with orders, revenue, target and top customers of the month, and where those numbers come from.

## Where to find it

In the side menu, under **Dashboard**. For you, the seller, the Dashboard is **your
sales dashboard**. The team usage dashboard (how much each person is using
Vendria) is a screen for your company's **administrator**, and sellers do not see it.

The same item leads to different screens depending on who goes in:

- the organization's **administrator** sees the usage dashboard: how much the team is
  using Vendria;
- the **seller** sees their own sales dashboard: orders, revenue, target and
  top customers of the month.

For sellers, the Dashboard is enabled account by account: without that, the item
does not appear in the menu.

## The usage dashboard belongs to the administrator

The dashboard that shows **how much the team is using Vendria** is an
administration screen, and sellers do not see it. It measures usage, not sales: it is how
your company's management keeps track of who is working with the tool, and what
counts there is what you already do every day with Vendria and with Dri. The
main number is **actions**: what Dri did in your conversations, imports,
estimate sends and ERP submissions.

## What the seller Dashboard shows

Four cards and a table, always for the **current month** and the store you are
working in:

- **Orders (this month)**: the documents in your portfolio created this month that have already
  left draft: those waiting on your company or the customer, the confirmed ones and
  the exported ones;
- **Revenue (this month)**: the sum of the confirmed and exported ones created this month, with the
  change against the previous month (*"+12% vs previous month"*);
- **Monthly goal**: how much of your target has been reached, as a percentage, with the
  target amount below; without a target, *"No target set"*;
- **Active customers**: how many bought this month, *"of N in the portfolio"*;
- **Top customers (90 days)**: the five customers who bought the most in the last
  three months, with **Orders** and **Revenue**.

For the same number on WhatsApp and for the target, see [My sales and my target: on WhatsApp and on screen](/en/ajuda/minhas-vendas-e-minha-meta).

## Where the seller Dashboard's numbers come from

- **Only your portfolio.** Documents from your portfolio's customers count, through
  any channel: an order on WhatsApp, by the customer in the online store or entered by
  hand. An order without an identified customer does not count.
- **By creation date.** An estimate created at the end of last month and confirmed
  today goes into last month.
- **Test documents are left out.**
- ⚠️ **"Customers" counts buyers**, the contact people registered under the portfolio's
  customers, not the companies. A customer with three registered buyers weighs
  three in "of N in the portfolio".

## When the numbers show zero

- **Empty portfolio**: with no customers assigned to you, everything shows zero; it is not a failure.
  Your company's administrator distributes the portfolio.
- **Start of the month**: the cards are for the current month; on the 1st they start over.
- **Top customers empty**: *"No confirmed orders in the period."* appears when
  nobody in the portfolio had a confirmed order in the last three months.

## When the Dashboard does not appear in the menu

For sellers, the Dashboard is enabled account by account. Until it is
enabled, the item does not appear and the direct address takes you to **Quotes**, with no error
message. It is not a permission block and there is no point insisting on the address: Vendria
is the one that enables it.

## In a rep agency: Usage metrics

Whoever is a **Partner** or **Administrative** at a rep agency company also has
**Usage metrics**, with the numbers for the whole rep agency. See [Usage metrics: your rep agency's numbers](/en/ajuda/painel-da-equipe-de-representacao).

## Common questions

- **My Dashboard is different from what my manager sees.** They are different screens: theirs
  measures the team's usage; yours shows your sales.
- **The Dashboard revenue does not match the ERP's.** The Dashboard adds up what went
  through Vendria; billing by invoice is a different reading, which Dri can give
  on WhatsApp when your store has an ERP connected.
- **I confirmed an order today and the month's revenue did not change.** If the estimate was
  created in the previous month, it counts there.
- **I don't have a target.** Your company's administrator sets the target.
