# Where I see my orders

> For the buyer: where to see the orders you placed, what each status means and how to ask Dri where an order stands.

## Where to find it

In the menu, under **Quotes**.

## What you see there

The page is called **My Quotes**. It holds the orders you placed, from the
most recent to the oldest, with each one's number, date and status.
Only yours appear: orders from other people in your company aren't in this
list.

Clicking an order shows you the items, the quantities, the prices and the total.

## The order list filters

Above the list are the filters, always in view. There is no text search
box: to find an order by its number, use the filters and look in the list, which
already comes from newest to oldest.

**Status**: starts at **All active**, which shows everything except
rejected and cancelled orders. To see those too, choose **All, including
closed**. You can also see a single status, by choosing one of them in the
same box. The one that says it's your turn is **Awaiting customer approval**;
the others are **Draft**, **Waiting**, **Exported**, **Confirmed**,
**Expired**, **Cancelled** and **Rejected**.

**Source**: where the order was born. **All sources** is the default; the
others separate what you put together on the site (**From scratch (built on screen)**) from
what came in as a message or file, one option per format: the typed list is
**Text**, the photo is **Image**, the voice message is **Audio**, and there are also
**Spreadsheet**, **PDF** and **Page**. Last, **Generated from saved
demand** is the order the seller put together for you from items you
asked for before that were left out, for lack of stock, for example. In the list,
that order appears with the **Saved demand** badge.

**Supplier**: only appears when you buy from more than one of the supplier's
stores. The selector starts at **All Suppliers**, which shows everything;
choosing a name leaves only that store's orders.

Each filter that is on becomes a tag right below the filters, and you can
turn it off right there.

⚠️ **Can't find a declined order?** With the filter on **All active**,
rejected and cancelled orders are left out. Switch to **All, including
closed** or choose the exact status.

## An order's statuses

The status appears as a tag next to each order, and it says **whose
turn it is**.

**Draft**: the order is still being put together. Nothing was sent. This also applies
to the order you sent to Dri on WhatsApp or Telegram: it
is born as a **Draft** and stays that way until you open the order and click
**Send for Approval**. When your company has an assigned seller, they
already get a notice that the quote arrived, but for Vendria the order still
hasn't been sent. See [Order through Dri on WhatsApp](/en/ajuda/pedir-pela-dri-no-whatsapp).

**Waiting**: it's with the seller. They check price and availability, and
price and quantity may still change.

**Waiting for customer**: it's your turn. The seller sent the proposal and it is
sitting there waiting for your reply. The tag shows for how long.

**Confirmed**: the order was closed and went on to picking.

**Exported**: besides being closed, it has already gone into the supplier's management
system.

**Rejected** and **Cancelled**: the order won't be filled.

**Expired**: the proposal had a deadline and it passed. Talk to the seller to
redo it.

If a line appears marked, the note is right there, next to the
product: there's nothing to click. The seller is the one who resolves reading issues;
if something doesn't match what you ordered, reply to them.

The time count appears only in **Waiting for customer**; in the other statuses the
tag carries just the name.

And if something you sent had items from more than one store, it appears here as a
purchase with one order per store; each one moves at its own pace.

## Ask Dri where the order stands

You can ask Dri, in the conversation on WhatsApp or Telegram, the
status of an order from your company. The form Dri recognizes for sure
is the short one: the word "status" and the order number, and nothing else in the message.

```
status do pedido 412
```

*status 412*, *status COT-000412* and *412 status* also work. The number is the one that
appears in the **Quotes** list. Dri answers with the order's status and a
link that opens the order on the site. While the order hasn't reached the supplier's
management system, the answer says what status it is in, for example
**Draft**, and adds that it hasn't been sent to the ERP yet. If the
order is yours and is in **Draft**, the next step is yours: open the link and click
**Send for Approval**.

A question written your own way, like *"what's the status of my order that
is pending?"*, may not be understood as a lookup. If Dri replies that she
can't look up orders, or tells you to talk to the sales team, send
it again in the short form, with the number.

Through Dri only your company's orders appear. An order number from another
company gets the same answer as a number that doesn't exist: *I couldn't find that
order. Can you send me the number (ORD-000123) or the number that appears in the ERP?* Check the
number in the **Quotes** list and send it again.

Two differences compared to the screen:

- in the conversation, **Waiting for customer** appears as **Waiting on the customer**, and
  **Expired** appears as **Expired**. It's the same status in other words;
- the site's list shows only the orders **you** placed. Through Dri, you can also look up
  a colleague's order from the same company, but that order's screen still
  belongs to whoever placed it, and the link doesn't open for you.

## Common questions

**Where do I see the orders I placed?** In the menu, under **Quotes**. The **My
Quotes** page lists your orders from newest to oldest.

**I sent the order on WhatsApp and it shows as Draft. Was it sent?**
Not yet. Open the order, check it and click **Send for Approval**: the
tag changes to **Waiting**, and the order is with the seller.

**Can I ask Dri the status of my order?** You can. Send just *status* and the
order number, like *status 412*. The answer brings the status and the order's
link.

**Dri said she can't look up orders already placed. Is that true?** No.
She looks them up when the message comes in the short form: just *status* and the number, with
nothing else.

**I couldn't find a declined order in the list. Where did it go?** With the filter on
**All active**, rejected and cancelled orders are left out. Choose **All,
including closed**.

**Why don't I see my colleagues' orders in the list?** The list shows only the
orders you placed. Through Dri you can get the status of a colleague's order from the
same company, but its screen belongs to whoever placed it.
