# The administrator's Customers list: columns, filters and bulk assignment

> For the administrator: search and filter customers, understand the ERP badges, bring customers from the ERP and assign a seller to many at once.

## Where to find it

In the menu, under **Customers**. As an administrator you see **all** of the
company's customers, from every seller; the seller, on the same screen, sees only their own
portfolio. Clicking a row opens the customer profile.

## The columns of the customer list

- **Name**: the trade name. Clicking the name opens a side panel with the customer's
summary, without leaving the list. Next to it, **+N branches** appears when the customer
has branches; clicking there opens the branches right below the row.
- **ERP registry**: which ERPs the customer exists in, one line per connection
with its code there (for example, the connection name followed by the code).
- **CNPJ**: the customer's document.
- **Seller**: who serves the customer. With a rep agency, the rep agency's name
appears. With nobody, the alert **None**.
- **Service**: **Internal** (your team) or **Rep agency** (a sales
  representation office).
- **Status**: the switch that activates or deactivates the customer, with **Active** or
**Inactive** next to it. See [Deactivate or delete a customer](/en/ajuda/desativar-ou-excluir-um-cliente).
- **Actions**: the pencil (**Edit**) and the trash can (**Delete**).

On a phone each customer becomes a card with the same information.

## The badges of the ERP record column

When your company has an ERP, the column states each customer's status:

- **ERP + Vendria**: exists in both, with an active link. The record's fields
  follow the ERP.
- **Vendria only**: registered here, with no counterpart in the ERP. The order is
built normally, but the ERP won't recognize the CNPJ when it's sent.
- **Link dropped**: the ERP no longer recognizes this customer. Old orders
stand, but a new order won't be accepted by the ERP until the link is restored.
- **Link missing**: the customer exists in Vendria, but that ERP connection
  doesn't recognize it yet.
- **ERP only**: it's in the ERP and doesn't have a record in Vendria yet.

Hover over the badge to read the explanation on the screen itself.

## Search and filter customers

The **Search by name, CNPJ or code...** box searches by the customer's name, CNPJ and
codes, including the branches' data. When the customer
appears because of a branch, the row says **matched by branch** and opens the
branches right away. Press Enter or click **Search**.

The source selector narrows the list:

- **All sources**: everything.
- **ERP + Vendria**: only those linked to the ERP.
- the name of each ERP connection, when the company has more than one.
- **Missing in some**: with more than one connection, the customers that are in one ERP and
  missing from another.
- **Vendria only**: only those registered here, without ERP.

In the footer, **Items per page** chooses how many customers appear at once; the
choice is remembered in your browser.

## ERP customers not yet in Vendria

With an integrated ERP, the list also shows the ERP customers with no record here,
in dashed rows, **after** the customers already registered, on the last page
of the list. Without a search, one batch from the ERP appears at a time, with **ERP page N** and
the **Previous** and **Next** buttons. With a search of at least three letters, the
search goes to the entire ERP database.

Each ERP row says what you can do:

- **Bring to Vendria**: creates the record with the ERP's data.
- **Already registered — click to open**: the customer already exists here.

The list title sums up both sources, for example **N registered + M in the ERP**.

## Assign a seller to several customers at once

1. Check the box to the left of the customers (or the one in the header, for all on the
   page).
2. In the bar that appears, under **Choose seller**, pick the seller, or **No
seller** to remove the seller from all of them.
3. Click **Assign seller**. The message **N customer(s) updated.**
   confirms it.

**Clear selection** unchecks everything.

The change applies immediately: the new seller starts seeing these customers and Dri starts
recognizing them in that seller's portfolio. Quotes that already exist stay in the name of
whoever had them. To change them, see [Change the seller of a quote or a purchase](/en/ajuda/trocar-o-vendedor-de-uma-cotacao).

⚠️ **It's all or nothing.** If even one selected customer has its seller set
by the ERP, none is changed and the screen says **The assignment of these customers comes from the ERP
and can't be changed here**. Remove those customers from the selection and repeat, or
correct it in the ERP.

Sales reps don't appear in the seller list. The screen reminds you: a rep agency's
portfolio belongs to the whole company and is allocated through the **Portfolio** tab of the
rep agency's profile.

## Edit a customer from the list

The pencil opens the **Edit Buyer Company** window, with the same fields as the
record: details, address, **Commercial Defaults**, discount and **Fields locked
for this customer**. Click **Save**; the message **Buyer company
updated** confirms it. To edit field by field, open the profile. See [Customer profile: edit details and commercial defaults](/en/ajuda/ficha-do-cliente-dados-e-padroes-comerciais).

## When it goes wrong

- **"No buyer company found."**: the search or the source filter
matched nobody. Clear the search and go back to **All sources**.
- **"You don't have permission to see the customers in this store."**: check the store
selected at the top of the screen.
- **"Couldn't fetch the next ERP page. Try again."**: the ERP connection
failed on that page turn; the button becomes **Try again**.
- **A customer is dimmed**: it's **Inactive**.
