# Generate a product list on WhatsApp

> Ask Dri on WhatsApp for a product list by name, price, stock, new arrivals or by your codes and get the file in Excel or PDF.

Source: https://vendria.com/en/ajuda/gerar-lista-de-produtos-pelo-whatsapp

## What it is

A list is a slice of the catalog to send to the customer, in Excel or PDF. It isn't
the whole catalog and it isn't a quote: it is a selection of products with prices, for the
customer to choose what they want to order. You ask Dri in the conversation (on WhatsApp or
on the other channels where you talk to her) and get the file right there.

Every generated list stays in the history of the **Sent lists** screen. See [Build product lists](/en/ajuda/listas-de-produtos).

## How to ask for a list

One sentence with the file word and the slice is enough. Say what goes in and, if
you want, for which customer and in what format:
*"build a catalog of thermos bottles in stock, as PDF"*.

"List", "catalog", "rundown", "table", "spreadsheet", "PDF" and even "suggestion"
(*"build a suggestion for Loja Centro with items from R$ 3 to R$ 11 in stock"*)
ask for the file. To become an order, the word is **quote**, **estimate** or **order**:
*"order suggestion"* is already a quote. See [A quote for a slice of the catalog through Dri](/en/ajuda/cotacao-de-um-recorte-pela-dri).

A product name alone, with no list word and no slice (*"porcelain
mug"*), is a lookup: Dri answers with the product's sheet, not with a
file. Add "list" or a slice (price range, quantity in
stock, product line) and it becomes a list. The store or the stock next to the name aren't enough:
*"porcelain mug from Loja Centro"* and *"stock of the porcelain mug"*
are still lookups.

If a customer is already chosen in the conversation, the list goes out for them: it is the name that
shows in the answer and in the history.

## Examples that work

Requests like these are the most common day to day. Write it your own way.

**By product and stock**

- *"build a catalog of trays in stock"*
- *"list of thermos bottles with more than 30 pieces in stock"*
- *"list of bathroom kits in stock or with pre-sale"*
- *"catalog of Christmas balls with photos, with and without stock"*
- *"list of 2027 planners in stock at Loja Centro"*

**By price**

- *"list with products from R$ 4,50 to R$ 7,00"*
- *"send me the list of hangers up to R$ 200 per box"*
- *"products in stock up to R$ 5,30"*

**New arrivals, curve and pre-sale**

- *"list of new arrivals from the last 15 days"*
- *"the 20 products in curve A"*
- *"decorative lamp from curve A"*
- *"catalog of the products in pre-sale"*
- *"products with fewer than 20 boxes in stock and no pre-sale, in alphabetical
  order"*

**With the format included**

- *"decorative paper with pre-sale, only the 5 m x 45 cm rolls, as PDF"*
- *"list of planners as PDF, in a grid, 4 per row"*
- *"list of the kitchen line in Excel, without photos"*

**From your codes**

- *"build it as PDF:"* followed by the codes, one per line
- *"in Excel"*, right after checking the stock of several codes
- *"remove AB11659 from the list"*, on the list that came from the codes

**After the list arrived**, in the same conversation:

- *"send it as PDF"*
- *"switch to grid and remove the barcode"*
- *"add the NCM"*
- *"add the photo"*
- *"remove AB11659 from the list"* (one of your codes)

To change one part without redoing the request, see [Adjust the list without redoing the whole request](/en/ajuda/ajustar-a-lista-sem-refazer).

## A list from your codes

Paste the codes, one per line or separated by spaces, with *"build it as PDF"* or
*"build it in Excel"* in the same message, and the list comes out with only those products. It's the
path for the customer's order that arrives as a column of references:
*"build it as PDF: AB10753 AB10750 AB10752"*, or the sentence on the first line and one
code on each line below. If, even with the file stated, the question
*"Can I assume 1 box of each and build the quote?"* comes up, tap **No, I'll
type it** and use the lookup path, just below.

What happens with the codes:

- **The answer counts what it found.** Right below the count is the line of
codes: how many you asked for, how many she found (for example, 15 requested and 13
found) and which were missing. Check that line before sending the file.
- **A code that doesn't exist is left out and flagged.** It is never swapped for a
similar product: Dri looks for the exact code in the registry (also the variant's
  and the registered alias).
- **With the codes, state only the format.** Store, order, photo and discount, ask for them
after the list arrives: in the same message as the codes they may be left
  out.
- **The list follows the order in which you wrote the codes.** For another order,
ask after the list arrives (*"from cheapest to most expensive"*).
- **The same code in two stores comes in from both.** To keep only one store,
ask after the list arrives: *"now only from Loja Centro"*.
- **Up to 300 codes per list.** Above that the answer says how many were left
  out.
- **The columns are those of your company's template** (by default: code, description,
store, price and stock). After the list arrives, adjust it like any list:
*"add the photo"*, *"only the ones in stock"*, *"with 10% off"*.

**Already checked the codes before?** The list also comes out from the lookup. How to
ask, and when it applies, is in [Check price and stock on WhatsApp](/en/ajuda/preco-e-estoque-pelo-whatsapp).

### List, quote or lookup: what the sentence decides

| You send | Dri understands | What comes back |
|---|---|---|
| The codes with *"stock and price"* (before or after them) | lookup | one sheet per code, up to 30 |
| The codes with *"build it as PDF"* or *"in Excel"* | list | a file for the customer to choose from, with no quantity and no order |
| The codes with a quantity, or with *"quote"*, *"estimate"* or *"order"* | quote | an order with the items |

Just the codes, with no quantity, no file request and no lookup word,
Dri reads as a half-finished order and asks *"Can I assume 1 box of each and
build the quote?"*. The same happens when the first line says only *"photos"*
or *"images"*: that word doesn't count as a lookup. If you wanted a
catalog, tap **No, I'll type it** and ask the safest way:
send the codes with *"stock and price"* and, when the sheets arrive, reply
*"as PDF"* within 15 minutes. That becomes the list only if there is no open quote
in the conversation; with an open quote, *"as PDF"* brings the quote's file.

⚠️ If you turned on the **Always do this** option on that question, a column of
codes without a quantity may become a quote directly, without asking. To ask for a list,
send the codes with *"stock and price"* and reply *"as PDF"* within 15 minutes
after the sheets arrive, with no open quote in the conversation.

### A photo of a list of codes

A PDF or spreadsheet sent to Dri becomes a **quote**, even with the caption
"catalog": she reads the file as the customer's order. To get a catalog
of the codes in a file, type or paste the codes as text, with
*"build it as PDF"*.

For a PHOTO, in some accounts, the caption decides: *"build a catalog with these
refs."* makes Dri read the codes in the image and build the list with them, without creating
a quote. It also holds for a question about a product named in the caption
(*"how much is the AB10008?"*), which is answered as a lookup.

### "Estimate with photos"

The quote PDF also has the photo of each product that has a registered photo, but
it carries quantity, total and the order's warnings. For the customer to just look and choose,
ask for a list or catalog. To send an order with photos, ask for the quote and download its
PDF.

## The slices Dri understands

- **by product name**: *"list of trays"*, *"porcelain mugs"*;
- **by your codes**: a column of codes (see the section above);
- **by catalog attribute**: *"from the kitchen line"*, *"decoration line"*.
Several values of the same attribute add up (it's "or"); different attributes intersect
  (it's "and");
- **by price range**: *"up to R$ 10"*, *"between 50 and 120"*. You can ask for the range
**per box** (*"up to R$ 50 per box"*): then the limit is converted product by product
  by the packaging size;
- **by range on a numeric attribute**: *"packaging up to 20 cm"*, *"width between 10
  and 30"*. Whatever doesn't fit in the range is left out;
- **by stock, as presence**: only what is on the shelf; only what is in
pre-sale; only what has **no** pre-sale; only what is on the way; or "everything
  that can be sold" (shelf **or** pre-sale);
- **by stock, as quantity**: *"at least 100 pieces"*, *"between 5 and 20
  boxes"*, *"what is at zero"*. The unit is the one you state;
- **by new arrival**: *"what came in new"*, *"the new arrivals from the last 20
  days"*. With no period stated, your company's setting applies;
- **by ABC curve**: *"the items in curve A"*;
- **by store**: one specific store, or all the ones you serve (the default);
- **by stock location**: the balance of a warehouse or branch (*"SP stock"*).
  It is different from store;
- **only products without a registered photo**: *"the products without photos"*, *"items that
have no image"*. It's a slice: the count drops, and the summary says *"Only those without a
  registered photo"*;
- **removing items one by one**: *"remove AB11659 and AB11103 from the list"*;
- **removing a theme**: *"without the Christmas items"* (see the section below);
- **sorted and with a limit**: by price, stock, stock in boxes, description,
new arrival or a numeric attribute, highest to lowest or the reverse, with a
  cap (*"the 20 best sellers"*).

⚠️ *"What came in new"* is a product **new in the catalog**; *"what is
coming in"* is goods **on the way**. They are different slices.

## How Dri reads your request

- **Without asking for stock, zero-stock items come in.** The list brings the whole slice, with and
without balance. To remove the zero-stock ones, say *"in stock"* or *"only what has
  stock"*.
- **One product per list.** The product name is a single search: *"mugs, bottles
and cups"* in the same sentence doesn't become the sum of the three. Ask for one list of each, or
use the catalog's line or group when they are from the same family.
- **State the unit with the number.** *"up to R$ 45"* is price; *"up to 45 cm"* is
a measurement. A loose number may be read the way you didn't mean.
- **"Stock and pre-sale" exists; "stock or on the way" doesn't.** The first is
"everything that can be sold". Goods on the way are a separate slice, and combining
the two returns only what has both at the same time.
- **"Now…" right after a list is usually an adjustment.** *"now only from
Loja Centro"* changes the list that just arrived and keeps the rest of its slice.
When it is an adjustment, the answer has, right below the count, the line *"I adjusted
the previous list"*. If you wanted a new list, describe the whole request,
  with the product.

## Leaving a theme out: "without the Christmas items"

State the theme that shouldn't go in and Dri removes the products whose name or whose catalog line,
group or collection mention it: *"don't include Christmas items"*, *"without
the Easter ones"*, *"except the Christmas ones"*.

The answer says how many were removed and why, for example *"Without the Christmas items:
I removed 57 items"*, followed by how many came through the line and how many through the name. If
no product in the slice mentions the theme, she warns that nothing was removed.

Stock, photo, price and pre-sale don't go here: those have their own slice
(*"out of stock"*, *"the products without photos"*).

## The ABC curve changes meaning when it comes with a slice

- *"the items in curve A"* returns the class recorded by the ERP: the curve of the whole
  store.
- *"curve A of decoration"* **recalculates** the curve within that slice. It has to be
that way: the store's champions aren't in decoration, so crossing the recorded class
with the filter would return an empty list, and empty would read as "decoration has
nothing that drives revenue", which is false.

**A price range isn't a slice.** *"curve A below R$ 10"* calculates the curve without the
price and cuts by price afterward; recalculating within the budget would make "curve A"
mean "the least weak among the cheap ones". Stock and stock location also
don't recalculate the curve.

When the curve can't be answered honestly (the slice came truncated,
it was never measured, or it was measured without sales), Dri **refuses and says why** instead
of sending an empty list.

## The price that goes on the list

The price column has the product's **catalog price**. The list doesn't apply a
customer's negotiated price table or the promotional table: it is a
showcase, not an order.

- **With a customer chosen in the conversation**, the discount agreed with them goes in an
extra column, **Price w/ X%**, next to the price.
- **No customer**: the answer warns *"Table prices."*. Dri doesn't ask for the
customer in order to generate it.
- **With a discount stated in the sentence** (*"with 12% off"*), it applies instead of the
agreed one. The part above the customer's discount counts as your concession: if
it goes over the discount limit of the stores on the list, Dri refuses and states the limit.
- **Discount only, never surcharge.** There is no upward adjustment: *"double
price"* or *"30% more"* don't change the file's price, which stays the
  catalog one.

The slice's price range is measured on the catalog price.

## ICMS-ST on the list

ICMS-ST depends on the customer: the ERP calculates it from the state, the tax regime and the exemptions in
their record. That's why the **ICMS-ST (%)** column only comes filled in on a list requested
**for a customer**, when your company's ERP calculates ST. The **Product
registry** already has that column; in the other types, it comes in through the template.

The **Final price with taxes** follows the same rule: with a customer chosen, it adds
the ICMS-ST the ERP calculated for that customer, even in a template without the
ICMS-ST column (an ABC curve, for example). Without a customer, it is the table price plus IPI.

- **With a customer chosen in the conversation** (by name, by CNPJ or by ERP
code), Dri asks the ERP for that customer's ST, and the column comes out with their
rate. The file header and the message that comes with the file say who it was
calculated for, with the state: *"ICMS-ST calculated by the ERP for Customer X (SP)."*
- **No customer**: the column comes out empty, the file says *"ICMS-ST not calculated: it
depends on the buyer's state and tax regime."* and the message asks you to choose the
customer before asking for the list. If the store's ERP doesn't calculate ST, this warning doesn't
show: choosing the customer wouldn't change anything in the file.
- **Product without an ST rule in the ERP**, or **ERP down**: the header says how many
products were left without the ERP's ICMS-ST and why. No zero is made up.
- **A list with products from more than one store**: each product's ST is the one from its store's
ERP. When the customer has no record in one of the stores' ERP (or its ERP didn't
answer), the header says which store the ST came from and, for the other, how many products
kept the catalog ST: *"ICMS-ST calculated by Store A's ERP for Customer X
(SP)."* and *"At Store B, Customer X has no record in the ERP, and 2 products were left without
their ICMS-ST."* The customer's sheet, when you choose them in the conversation, already says in which
stores the ST comes out calculated.
- **The customer at the time of the request applies.** Switching customers in the conversation after
seeing the preview doesn't change the file's ST: ask for the list again.

### The list for a state

When the list isn't for a customer, you can ask for a state's taxes:
*"send the product registry with ICMS for MG"*, *"list with SP taxes"*.
Dri only understands the state when the sentence talks about tax (ICMS, ST, tax, rate or
"state of"): *"the vases from the Bahia line"* is still a product slice.

- The ERP calculates ICMS-ST with the profile of a reseller that is a Lucro Real taxpayer
in that state. It is an **estimate**: the header and the message say *"ICMS-ST
estimated by the ERP for MG"*. A real customer may pay less, due to their regime or
  an exception in their record.
- The list for a state goes out with **no customer**: without the agreed discount and without anyone's
name in the file. If you had a customer chosen in the conversation, the state stated
in the sentence applies to this list.
- To adjust the list afterward (*"now only the ones in stock"*), the state stays the same.
To change it, state the new state.
- If your company's ERP integrator can't calculate by state yet, the
header says it needs to be updated, and the file comes out with the catalog's
  ICMS-ST.

### The ICMS column

The **Product registry** also has **ICMS (%)**: the own ICMS rate the
ERP would charge, for the customer or for the chosen state. In the other types, it and
**ICMS (R$)** come in through the template. Own ICMS is already inside the price, so it doesn't
add to the **Final price with taxes**. On a product without a tax rule in the ERP for that
state, the column stays empty, because the ERP doesn't know whether the product is imported (the
imported rate is different), and the header says how many products ended up that way. The
column doesn't come out when ICMS is hidden in the **Taxes** tab, nor when ICMS-ST
doesn't come out on lists: ICMS comes from the ERP together with it.

## After generating the list

Dri answers in two parts:

1. the summary: how many products went in and the slice she understood, with the
   sorting, the limit and the discount; check that line before sending the file;
2. *"I built a list with … for you to send."* (or *"for"* the customer), followed
by the question *"How do you want to export it?"* and the **📊 Excel** and **📄 PDF** buttons.

When your company marked list templates as visible to the team, they
show in a menu next to the buttons. See [List file templates: whose layout is it](/en/ajuda/modelos-de-arquivo-da-lista).

If you already stated the format in the sentence, she delivers the file directly, without the buttons.
The same happens on a new list in two cases:

- the requested list type (Standard list, ABC curve, Product registry or Stock)
  has a template in use: the file already arrives in that template and its format;
- you asked by name for the ABC curve, the Product registry or the Stock, and that type
has no template in use: the file arrives in that type's system default.

Right after comes *"Want the same products in another template or format?"*, with the
**Other template** menu.
A list with photos takes longer: she warns before starting to build it.

**The buttons deliver the list from the message they are in.** If you asked for two
lists in a row, the **📊 Excel** on the first message sends the first list, not
the newest. For the new list, use the buttons on the last message.

**For the same list in another format, type it.** Tapping a button delivers the
file and ends the conversation. A second tap on the same message, in another
format or another template, usually comes back with *"I couldn't retrieve that list
here"*. The path that works is to type *"send it in Excel"*, *"send it as PDF"* or
*"send the list in the template"* followed by the template name: for about an hour
after the delivery, Dri uses the last list you got.

The summary ends with **See in the catalog:** and a link that opens the catalog on the site
already with the list's filters. There you can check the products, add another
filter or look for a code before exporting. When some slice of the list
doesn't fit in the link, the line below warns: *"↳ the link doesn't carry …, so it opens without that
cut"*.

**The photo goes in the file when you ask** (*"with photos"*, *"add the
photo"*), **when your company's template already has the photo column**, or **when the
layout is a grid**. In the grid the photo always comes out. Asking *"without photos"* removes the column
from that list; in the grid, the photo stays. The grid is PDF-only: in Excel the list
goes as a table.

If the photo came and some spaces are empty, read the delivery footer: *"📷 3
of 40 items have no registered photo"* means the photo doesn't exist in the
product's record. Whoever registers the products fixes it. See [Importar as fotos dos produtos](/ajuda/importar-imagens-dos-produtos).

## Choose the file's columns

In the same conversation you can ask for columns (*"with the barcode"*, *"add the
NCM"*), remove columns (*"without price"*) and change the order. The request adds to the template
your company configured, it doesn't replace it.

⚠️ **A column isn't a slice.** *"with the barcodes"* asks for a column and doesn't
change how many products go in; *"only the ones that have a barcode"* would be a cut.
The same goes for photos: *"send it without photos"* removes the column and keeps all the
products; *"the products without photos"* brings only the ones without a registered photo.

For the details (format, grid with large photo, column position), see [The list file layout: format, grid and column order](/en/ajuda/o-layout-do-arquivo-da-lista).

## What the list doesn't slice, and the limits

- **Best sellers are always from the last 90 days.** Sorting by sales uses the
ERP's revenue from the last 90 days, and the answer says *"Revenue figure
from the last 90 days."*. A store without that link uses the sales column of the catalog
spreadsheet, which doesn't update on its own, and the answer says so. You can't
ask for the best sellers of a month: when the sentence names a month, the answer warns
that the catalog's sales order is always from the last 90 days and doesn't slice by
month. A store with nowhere to get the sales figure from answers *"I can't
sort by sales yet"*, says why and offers the other orders.
- **A new arrival is a product new in the catalog.** With no period stated, 15 days or what
your company configured applies. It isn't goods that just came into stock. See
[Ordem padrão e janela de novidades da lista do WhatsApp](/ajuda/ordem-padrao-e-janela-de-novidades).
- **Stock confirmed in the ERP has a cap in some stores.** On a list sliced
by stock, in a store whose ERP doesn't answer the whole catalog at once yet,
Dri checks up to 200 codes per store in the ERP. The rest is left out, and the answer
says how many, *"beyond the store's first 200 codes, which is the limit of one
ERP confirmation"*. The file warns how many items *"couldn't be
confirmed in the ERP and were left out"*. To reach the rest, narrow by
brand, line or price range. Stores with an updated ERP don't have this cap.
- **Up to 20.000 products per list.** Above that the answer says *"the first N
  of M"*.
- **Slices that don't exist:** the date the product sold out (you can ask for
what is at zero now: *"list of what is out of stock"*) and products on
promotion. The promotional table doesn't go into the list. See [Tabela promocional: preço de oferta com validade](/ajuda/tabela-promocional).

## When the list comes back empty or doesn't go out

- **No product**: Dri says which part of the request emptied the list: the product
the store doesn't have, a filter with a value that doesn't exist, or the combination of the two (each
one has products, together they don't). When it helps, she shows ready request examples
with the slices the store offers.
- **None of the codes exist**: she lists the codes she didn't find and asks you to
  check.
- **Slice too big for the file**: the answer says *"the first N of
M"*, making it clear there was a cut.
- **PDF too heavy for the conversation**: she sends a download link, with an expiry
  date, instead of the file.

## What can be configured, and who configures it

Almost everything in the list file has two ways to change: **on the spot**, by asking
Dri, and **for good**, in the company's template. The request in the conversation applies only to that
list; the template applies to all.

| What | On the spot, asking Dri | For good, in the template | Who changes the template |
|---|---|---|---|
| Columns, order and titles | *"add the NCM"*, *"without price"*, *"NCM as the third column"* | list template | at the supplier, the administrator (**Catalog and exports**, **Lists** tab); at the rep agency, the Partner or the Administrative (**Catalog and exports**, in the rep agency menu) |
| Excel or PDF | *"send it as PDF"* | not needed: you choose for each list | nobody |
| Table or grid, and how many per row | *"in a grid, 4 per row"* (the grid is PDF-only) | list template | the same as the first row |
| Photo in the file | *"with photos"*, *"without photos"* (in the grid the photo always comes out) | the photo column in the list template | the same as the first row |
| How many days count as new | *"new arrivals from the last 15 days"* | the company's new-arrivals window | the supplier's administrator |
| Discount on the list | *"with 12% off"*, up to the stores' limit | the discount agreed with the customer | the administrator, on the customer's record |

Asking Dri to **save as default** doesn't work: she answers that the adjustment
applies only to that list and that everyone's default is set on the
**Catalog and exports** screen of the panel, in the lists part. See [List file templates: whose layout is it](/en/ajuda/modelos-de-arquivo-da-lista)
and [Ordem padrão e janela de novidades da lista do WhatsApp](/ajuda/ordem-padrao-e-janela-de-novidades).

## Common mistakes

- **Asking for a "list" wanting a quote.** A list is a file to send to the
customer to choose from; it doesn't become an order. If the customer already chose, start the
message with **quote** or **order**. See [A quote for a slice of the catalog through Dri](/en/ajuda/cotacao-de-um-recorte-pela-dri).
- **Sending just the product name and expecting a list.** Without "list", "catalog" or
a slice (price range, quantity in stock, line), Dri answers the
product lookup, not the file. The store or the stock next to the name don't
  make a list.
- **Sending the codes and getting the quote question.** Usually you didn't state the
file (*"build it as PDF"*), or the message opened with *"photos"*, but sometimes the
question comes even with the file stated. Tap **No, I'll type it**, look up
the codes with *"stock and price"* and reply *"as PDF"* within 15 minutes
(with no open quote in the conversation).
- **Sending the photo of the list of codes asking for a catalog.** A photo becomes a quote.
Type or paste the codes as text.
- **Asking for "what came in new" wanting what's on the way.** *"Came in
new"* is a product new in the catalog; *"what is coming in"* is goods on the
  way.
- **Asking "with barcode" wanting only the ones that have one.** The first sentence
adds a column; to cut the list, ask for *"only the ones that have a
  barcode"*.
- **Asking "without photos" wanting the products that have no photo.** *"Send it without photos"*
removes the column and keeps all the products; *"the products without photos"* brings only the
  ones without a registered photo.
- **The list came out without the customer's discount.** There was no customer chosen in the
conversation. State the customer and ask again, or adjust the list.
- **Asking for "no pre-sale" and "only pre-sale" together, and getting nothing.** The two
exclude each other. Ask for just one.
- **The list arrived without photos.** Ask for *"with photos"* (or *"in a grid"*) for that
list. To always get photos, ask whoever is responsible for the template to include the
  photo column.
- **Asking for a column the registry doesn't have.** Dri warns in the answer, for
example *"I didn't find size"*, and builds the list without it. Ask with another name, the one
that shows on the product's sheet, for example *"packaging height"* or
*"width"*. The columns you can ask for are in [The list file layout: format, grid and column order](/en/ajuda/o-layout-do-arquivo-da-lista).
- **Starting a new request with "now".** Dri may understand it as an adjustment to the
previous list and keep its slice. Check the line *"I adjusted the previous
list"*; if you didn't want that, describe the whole list.
- **Asking for the best sellers of a month.** The sales order is always from the last 90
days, and the answer warns you.
- **Asking for the list of what sold out in a period.** That slice doesn't exist; you can
ask for what is at zero now.
- **Redoing the whole list to change one thing.** No need: see [Adjust the list without redoing the whole request](/en/ajuda/ajustar-a-lista-sem-refazer).
- **Thinking the adjustment became the default.** What you ask in the conversation applies only to
that list (see the section above).

## Common questions

**Can I get a catalog with photos of just the codes the customer asked for?** Yes.
Send the codes with *"build it as PDF"* and, when the list arrives, ask *"add
the photo"* or *"in a grid"*. The answer says how many codes she found and which were missing.

**Why did the list come with fewer products than the codes I sent?** Some
code doesn't exist in your stores' catalog. The line *"N codes requested, K
found. Missing: …"* says which. Dri never swaps a code she didn't find
for a similar one.

**I sent the photo of the list and Dri made a quote. Why?** Photos, PDFs and spreadsheets
sent to Dri are read as the customer's order. For a catalog, type or paste
the codes as text with *"build it as PDF"*.

**Why did the list come with out-of-stock products?** Because you didn't ask for stock.
Without *"in stock"*, the list brings the whole slice, with and without balance.

**Can I ask for three products in a single list?** Not by name: ask for one list of
each, or use the catalog line or group that joins the three. If you have the
codes, send them all with *"build it as PDF"*.

**I tapped the button and got a different list from the last one I asked for?** Each message
keeps its own list. Use the buttons on the most recent message.

**Can I send the same list as PDF and in Excel?** Yes. After the first
file arrives, type *"send it in Excel"* (or *"send it as PDF"*). For about an
hour Dri uses the last list you got.

**The button answered that it couldn't retrieve the list. What now?** Type
*"send it as PDF"*, *"send it in Excel"* or *"send the list in the template"* followed by the
template name. Dri uses the last list you got, without redoing the request.

**Can I make a list of the month's best sellers?** No. The sales order is
always from the last 90 days and doesn't slice by month.

**Can I list only the items on promotion?** No. The list comes out with the catalog
price and has no promotion slice.
