## Summary

Vendria has ready-made integration with three ERPs: **Guarani** (from Trisoft),
**TOTVS** and **Bling**. The connection is per store, and whoever connects it is the company's
owner (Guarani and Bling) or the Vendria team (TOTVS). Guarani and Bling
receive the confirmed order; TOTVS is only queried. For another ERP, such as
SAP, Omie or Sankhya, there is no ready-made integration today: the order can go out as a
file, in the format your ERP imports.

## The ERPs with ready-made integration

| ERP | Who connects it | Does it receive the confirmed order? |
|---|---|---|
| **Guarani** (Trisoft) | the company's owner, in **Company Settings** | yes: the order reaches the ERP waiting for import, and goes in after whoever handles the ERP at your company accepts it |
| **Bling** | the company's owner, authorizing Vendria on Bling's own screen | yes: the order goes in directly, right away |
| **TOTVS** | the Vendria team | no: the integration is used to look up data, and the order is not written there |

Each store uses a single ERP, and a store without a connection keeps working without an ERP. What
each integration brings (catalog, stock, customers, order sending) depends
on the ERP and on what the company turned on. Even in the ERPs that receive orders, sending is
turned on store by store: with the ERP connected and sending still turned off, confirming the
order writes nothing to the ERP. See [Does the confirmed order go to the ERP?](/en/ajuda/o-pedido-confirmado-vai-para-o-erp). The step-by-step of the connection is up to the
owner: see [Conectar o ERP de uma loja](/ajuda/conectar-o-erp-de-uma-loja).

## If your ERP is a different one

There is no ready-made integration with other ERPs today. Two paths:

- **the order goes out as a file**: the confirmed quote is exported in Excel or
CSV, in a template with the columns your ERP imports. Whoever builds the template is the
  company's administrator. See [Modelos de exportação de pedidos e cotações: padrão, customizados e atalhos ★](/ajuda/modelos-de-exportacao-de-pedidos);
- **ask for the integration**: talk to the Vendria team saying which ERP your
  company uses.

## Common questions

**Do you send the order to the ERP?** For Guarani and Bling, yes, in
stores with sending turned on: the order confirmed in Vendria is written to the ERP. In
Guarani it arrives waiting for import and goes in when whoever handles the ERP at your
company accepts it; in Bling it goes in directly. For TOTVS, no: the integration only
looks up data. How to know whether your store sends is in [Does the confirmed order go to the ERP?](/en/ajuda/o-pedido-confirmado-vai-para-o-erp).

**I'm a seller, can I connect the ERP?** No. The connection belongs to the company's
owner (neither the company administrator nor the store administrator sees the card), and the
TOTVS one is done by the Vendria team.

**The store has no ERP connected. Can I use Vendria?** Yes. Quotes,
catalog, lists and Dri work without an ERP; what changes is that stock and order
sending neither come from nor go to an ERP.

**Can Vendria be integrated with Mercado Livre or another marketplace?** There is
no integration with Mercado Livre or with another marketplace today. The ready-made
integrations are with ERPs: Guarani, TOTVS and Bling. To ask for another integration, talk
to the Vendria team saying which marketplace or system your company uses.
