# The detail of a Dri conversation

> Read the transcript of a conversation with Dri, the actions she took, the linked orders, and message the contact on WhatsApp from there.

## Where to find it

A conversation's page has no entry of its own in the menu. You get to it from the
**Actions** list, by clicking a conversation line (channel **WhatsApp**,
**Telegram** or **Own chat**).

The back arrow, in the top corner, returns the list to the page and filters
it was on. Opened through a direct link, the arrow takes you to the start of the list.

## Which conversations a seller can open

A seller opens the conversations in which they are the seller: the ones they themselves had with
Dri and the ones a customer of theirs opened. A colleague's conversation does not open.

For a sales rep, whoever is Partner or Administrative at the rep agency also opens
the team's conversations. And whoever works under a mandate only reaches the
conversations that went through the mandate's stores, except their own conversation,
which always opens.

When the page does not open, it shows a single line starting with "Error:",
for example *"No access to this conversation"*.

## The conversation header

The title is the contact on the other side: the phone number, the WhatsApp username
(with @) or, when the person hides their number, the phrase **WhatsApp without number**
with the account code below it. Next to the title come:

- the badge of who talked to Dri: **Buyer**, **Seller**,
  **Sales rep** (with their role at the rep agency below), **Admin**, **Store
  admin**, **Owner** or **Test (Vendria)**;
- the status: **Active**, **Completed** or **Expired**;
- the Dri version that handled it;
- the stores the conversation touched.

On the lines below:

- the customer's name and their company, when the conversation has a customer;
- **Tested by:** only in a test conversation, with who typed and, when the
  person simulated someone else, "simulating" and the name of the person simulated;
- **Seller:** whose conversation it is, with their company and the
  **Rep agency** badge when they belong to a rep agency;
- the start date and time and, if the conversation ended, the end.

## Messages: the transcript

The **Messages** block shows the conversation in the order it happened. What the
person wrote sits on the left; what Dri replied, on the right, in a colored
balloon. Each balloon has the date and time.

A photo, PDF or spreadsheet that came into the conversation shows inside the balloon as a
line with the file name and the download icon. Clicking it opens the original
in a new tab: that is where you check what the customer actually sent.

A conversation with no message saved shows *"No messages."*.

## Actions: what Dri did

The **Actions** block only shows up when Dri did something beyond chatting.
Each line is an action, with:

- a green check (it worked) or a red X (it failed);
- the action's name, for example **Catalog search**, **Order
  processing**, **Excel export**, **PDF export**, **Customer selection** or
  **Order lookup**;
- the store where it happened;
- a summary of what was asked (the code searched, for example);
- the time.

The reading that helps most is crossing the two blocks: the message says what Dri
replied, the action says what it did. An odd reply with a red action
next to it usually explains itself.

## Linked Orders

The **Linked Orders** block lists the quotes and orders that were born from the
conversation. Each line has the number, the customer, the total and the status. When the
document has no customer, the line says **No buyer**, or **Group
order** when it is a group order. Clicking opens the quote.

## Message on WhatsApp

The **Message on WhatsApp** button, to the right of the header, opens the conversation with
that contact on WhatsApp, in a new tab. On a phone it shows only as the
balloon icon.

- It only exists in a WhatsApp conversation: on Telegram and in the own chat there is no
  button.
- It also works in a **Completed** or **Expired** conversation, which is
  precisely when getting back in touch usually makes sense.
- When the conversation has no number that can be called, the button uses the
  phone number in the person's record in Vendria, and the header warns with the
  line *"phone number from the record, not from this conversation"*.

## End an active conversation

Sellers and sales reps do not see an end button on this page: the
**End Conversation** button shows up only for whoever manages the company or the store, and only
in an **Active** conversation.

To end your own conversation with Dri, do it on WhatsApp itself.
See [Start over, end and the conversation commands](/en/ajuda/recomecar-encerrar-e-comandos-da-conversa). It also
ends on its own after some time without messages. See [Follow the WhatsApp conversations](/en/ajuda/acompanhar-conversas-do-whatsapp).

## Why part of the conversation may be missing

A sales rep who serves more than one supplier may have, in the same
conversation, parts done for different companies. When a sales rep opens
a *colleague's* conversation, the page shows only the part that belongs to this
company: messages, actions and orders from the other supplier are left out, on
purpose.

One's *own* conversation never comes trimmed: whoever had it sees everything they wrote.

## Common questions

- *I don't see the conversation's cost.* The AI cost does not show on this page for
  sellers. In some accounts, usage shows in credits in the
  **Credits** column of the **Actions** list.
- *The title is a strange code.* The person hid their number on WhatsApp; the
  code below is their account's identifier.
- *The Actions block doesn't show up.* Dri only chatted, without searching, building or
  exporting anything.
- *The Message on WhatsApp button doesn't show up.* The conversation is not a WhatsApp one, or
  there is no number at all, neither in the conversation nor in the record.
