> Confirm your Vendria invitation with the six-digit code, create a password if you want, and ask for a new code when the previous one expires.

## Where to find it

The confirmation screen only opens through the invitation link: there is no menu or button
that leads to it, and you don't need a password yet to use it. The link comes from
whoever registered you, usually by email, sometimes on WhatsApp, together with a
six-digit code.

## Who gets this invitation

This invitation is for those who will work alongside a supplier on Vendria:
usually, people on the team of a rep agency that sells for it.
It confirms that the account registered in your name is really yours.

⚠️ If you are the supplier's customer and only buy from them, this is not your path.
Buyers get access another way: a welcome message on
WhatsApp and, after that, signing in through the sign-in screen, with the code or the link that
arrives on your phone. There is no invitation to confirm. See [I can't sign in to my account](/en/ajuda/nao-consigo-entrar).

Got this link without expecting it? Don't type any code: ask whoever
appears as responsible for the registration whether the invitation was really for you.

## Confirmation step by step

1. Open the link. The screen greets you by your first name and shows **Registered by:** with the person's name.
2. Type the **6-digit code** that came with the invitation.
3. Tap **Confirm**.
4. **Account confirmed ✅** appears, asking whether you want a password to
   sign in through the site.
5. To create the password, fill in **Password** and **Repeat the password** and tap
**Set password and sign in**. To go on without a password, tap **Not now**.

In both cases you are already signed in to Vendria. Without a password, your next sign-ins are
with the WhatsApp code, on the sign-in screen.

## Why the link stays valid and the code expires

The invitation has two different deadlines:

- the link is valid for a few days, time for you to open the message when
  you can;
- the code is valid for only a few minutes: it's the proof that the invitation reached
  your hands.

That's why it's normal to open the link the next day and find the code expired. The
link is still good, and a new code goes out right there, without needing another
invitation.

## Ask for a new code

There are two ways, depending on what the screen shows:

- with the code field on the screen, tap **I didn't get the code**, right below
  the **Confirm** button;
- with the **Your code has expired** box, tap **Send new code**.

The screen confirms *New code sent*, saying whether it went by email or on
WhatsApp, and warns that the previous code is no longer valid. Type only the most
recent one.

## When your contact is missing from the registration

If whoever registered you didn't provide an email or phone, the screen shows **Your contact is missing** in place of the code field.

1. Enter the **Email** and, if you want, the **WhatsApp (optional)**.
2. Tap **Get code**.
3. Type the code that arrives and follow the step by step above.

⚠️ The contact you enter here becomes your way of signing in from now
on. Use an email and a number that are yours.

## When it goes wrong

**"Your code has expired"**: the code is past its deadline, or there were too many wrong
attempts. Tap **Send new code**; the link is still valid.

**"Too many code requests in a short time."** or **"Too many attempts."**: the
message itself says how many minutes to wait. Wait and try again.

**"This account has already been confirmed"**: it's not an error: the confirmation is already done.
Tap **Sign in** and use the password, if you created one, or the WhatsApp code.

**"Link unavailable"**: this invitation is no longer valid. Ask whoever
registered you for a new one. The **Go to login** button leads to the sign-in screen.

**"Couldn't load"**: the connection failed, not the invitation. Tap **Try again**; the link is still valid.

*Account confirmed, but not signed in*: the screen says the account is confirmed and
that access hasn't been released yet. When the release comes through, you sign in through the
sign-in screen, with the WhatsApp code.

**"The passwords don't match."**: the two password fields must be the same.
