## Where to find it

In the menu, under **Catalog**. Click the product (on the photo or the name) and its
page opens. **Back**, at the top, returns you to the catalog.

It is the check screen before promising something to the customer: price, live
stock, what is on the way and adding to the quote, all in one place.

## The product's price box

The box next to the photo shows how the price is built for sellers:

- **Table price**: the product's catalog price;
- **Store default disc.**: appears when the store has a default discount; it
  is taken off the table price;
- **Net price**: what is left after the discount.

When the product is on promotion, the **Table price** appears struck through and the
**Promotion** line shows the promotional value. When a discount is applied to the
product itself, the box shows the discount and the **Net price** right below.

In **Unit / Packaging** you check the sales unit and, when the product
ships by the box, its size (for example, **Pkg. 12**).

⚠️ Each customer's negotiated discount does not appear on this page: it comes in when
the product becomes a line on a quote for that customer. See [How the price of a quote line is built](/en/ajuda/como-o-preco-de-uma-linha-e-formado).

## Quantity, subtotal and taxes on the product page

Adjust the **Quantity** with the plus and minus buttons or by typing. For a product
sold in closed boxes, the quantity has to close the box, and the screen warns
**Not a multiple of N** when the number typed does not.

With a quantity above one, the box adds up:

- **Subtotal**: net price times the quantity;
- one line per product tax, with the rate (for example, IPI);
- **Total**: the subtotal plus the taxes.

Some companies show the rate in the catalog but do not charge it on the order.
In that case the tax line comes with **· not in the total**, and the **Total** does not
add it. And when the product has no rate in the catalog but the order may charge
tax, the notice **This total doesn't include taxes — the order may
charge them.** appears.

If you belong to a **rep agency**, the page follows its tax choice, and
not the store's: with IPI turned on by the rep agency, the rate appears even if
the store does not show tax; with a tax turned off by it, it disappears. The
exception is someone who belongs to more than one rep agency serving the store, or is in a
store the mandate does not cover: then the page follows the store's rule.

## ICMS-ST on the product page

When the store calculates ICMS-ST in the ERP, the box swaps the catalog's ST for the one the
ERP calculates for the customer, at the quantity and price on the screen. You see the one for the customer
chosen in the cart; with no customer, the page warns that the value depends on the customer.

In **See ICMS-ST for** you choose a customer, and the branch when the invoice is issued through
it, just to see their ST without leaving the page. It is a simulation: the page shows
**Simulation: the cart doesn't change.** and the cart's customer stays the same. Choose
**None** in the selector to go back to the cart's customer. The list brings the customers in
your portfolio already registered in Vendria; someone who only exists in the ERP has to be brought in through the
cart first. If the ICMS-ST cannot be calculated for the chosen customer, the page
says **Could not calculate the ICMS-ST for this customer.** and the box keeps the
catalog's ICMS-ST.

When the ERP zeroes the ST by rule for that customer, the line stays in the box as
**ICMS-ST (exempt)**, with R$ 0,00, so you know the zero is real.

## The Stock box: the live ERP reading

When your store reads stock from the ERP, the page looks up that product's balance
the moment you open it. While the answer has not arrived, the box says
**Checking stock…**. Then it shows:

- **In stock**: the balance available now, in green when there is some and in red
  when it is zero. For a product sold by the box, a second line says how many
  packages that balance makes;
- **Pre-sale**: what can still be sold of goods that are not on the
  shelf (incoming purchases and imports under inspection), minus what has already been
  sold in pre-sale;
- **Pre-sale exceeded**: with the number **over**: more has been sold than the
  purchases on the way cover. There is no pre-sale to offer;
- **Incoming**: the quantity bought from the supplier, with the expected date,
  when the ERP provides it;
- **Container discrepancy**: pieces the ERP keeps in the separate location for
  container differences. They do not count in stock or pre-sale until the
  supplier decides what to do with them, and that is why they appear separately, in
  orange, always last.

Right below the pre-sale line (or **Incoming**, when it exists), the page
lists the **purchase orders** that make up the pre-sale, without needing a click. It is the
place to check each lot's date before promising a lead time to the customer. When
there is an import that has already arrived and is being inspected, the list also shows
**in inspection · N units**: those goods count as backing for the pre-sale.

Below **In stock** there may be lines that explain the number: how much
is **reserved for pre-sale** (it is already on the shelf, but will be invoiced for
pre-sales already sold) and what is left out of the count (**showroom**, **returns**).

### The "i" next to Stock: how to read the box

The **i** next to the **Stock** title opens the box's explanation. On a computer,
just hover over it; a click keeps the explanation **pinned** on the screen,
even after moving the mouse away, and another click closes it. On a phone, tap to open and tap
again to close.

The explanation has two parts:

- **How this product adds up**, with its numbers. For example: *7 missing from the
  shelf: 7 more pieces were sold than it holds.* and
  *12.300 in inspection − 10.313 sold in pre-sale = 1.987*. When the shelf is short
  and there is pre-sale, it warns that those pieces also come out of the same
  lot and says how much is **actually free**;
- **What each term means**, with only the terms that appear for that product.

At the foot of the box, **read at HH:MM** shows the time of the reading.

## Stock by branch and by location

- **View by branch (N)**: appears in the Stock box when the store has more than
  one branch in the ERP. It opens the **Available** balance and the **Pre-sale** of each
  branch, so you can decide where the goods come from.
- In the **catalog list view**, a stock number with a pin next to it
  opens **Stock by location**. That detail comes from the catalog imported by
  spreadsheet (it is not an ERP reading) and only appears when there is no live reading
  for that product.

In the catalog grid, the card's **Pre-sale** pill also opens on
click: it shows the purchase orders behind the number, under the title
"Incoming". With no pre-sale to sell, the pill does not open.

## When the Stock box says "Stock not checked"

The ERP lookup brought back no number. Hover over the phrase to see the
reason: for example, *We tried to check and couldn't right now.* or
*This item isn't tracked in the ERP's stock.*

Without an ERP reading, the page does not make up a balance: if the catalog has its own
quantity, it appears as the **N in stock** tag next to the product name.
If your store does not read stock from the ERP, the box simply does not appear.

## Set the price before adding: the "Price…" button

Next to **Add to Quote** you may see **Price…**. It lets the
line be born with the price you negotiated:

1. Click **Price…**. The **Negotiated price** panel opens.
2. If both options appear, choose what you are typing:
   - **Base price**: the number is the base, and the customer's discounts run on
     top. The panel confirms: *Goes in at R$ X as the base. The final price comes from the
     customer's discount.*;
   - **Fixed price**: the number is the final price, and discounts stop at it.
3. Type the value and click **Add to Quote**.

After adding, the field clears: the next product goes in at the normal price, unless
you type again. **Cancel** closes the panel without using the price.

If **Price…** does not appear, your store does not allow typing a price when adding. Only
**Base price** or only **Fixed price**: the store allows only that type.

## Add the product to the quote

- **Add to Quote**: puts the chosen quantity in the cart of the quote
  you are building.
- **Choose variant**: appears when the product has options (color, size):
  a window opens for you to set the quantity of each variant.

If you were **editing a quote** and came to the catalog to get more items,
a bar at the foot of the screen says **Adding items to COT-…** and offers **Back to the
quote**: what you add goes into that quote.

Adding a product from another store in the middle of a quote opens a confirmation,
because each quote belongs to one store. See [When one order becomes several: the multi-store purchase from the company's side](/en/ajuda/compra-multi-loja-do-lado-do-vendedor).

## Prices by table in the catalog

In the **catalog list view**, clicking a product's price opens **Prices
by table**: the **Base** price and the price in each of the store's active price tables.

The **Price table** filter, in the catalog's **Filter** panel, swaps the price
the whole list shows for that table's. It appears when a store is
chosen and it has more than one table. **Store default** goes back to the usual
price.

## What this page does not show to sellers

Editing description, price, stock, brand, image and variants, deleting the product
and removing barcodes are tasks for your company's administrator. That is
why, for the seller, the page has no **Edit** and **Delete** buttons and no
variant management.

## Common questions

**The price on the page is different from what came out on the quote.** The page shows the
table price with the store's default discount; the quote also applies the customer's
table and negotiated discount.

**The box showed one number and then another.** While the ERP does not respond, the
box says **Checking stock…** and shows no number at all. The number that
stays is the reading's, with the time next to it.

**Is the date in "Incoming" the delivery to my customer?** No. It is the expected
arrival of the purchase at the supplier. The delivery lead time to the customer is something else.

**Can I check this on WhatsApp?** Yes. See [Check price and stock on WhatsApp](/en/ajuda/preco-e-estoque-pelo-whatsapp).
